This site is built on the idea that nonprofit compliance works best when people actually talk to one another. If something here sparked a question, clarified an issue, or raised an eyebrow, that’s usually a good reason to reach out.

My primary resource for common questions is the page dedicated to IRS and state publications. If the materials listed there don’t answer your question, it doesn’t mean the resource doesn’t exist. It simply means I haven’t gotten to it yet. That page is a living collection and will continue to grow as I work through additional guidance and materials.
