Basic Cleaning Procedure

*Our Basic & Standard Procedures are meant for recurring customers depending on the homes’s need and recurrence.*

Our Basic Procedure focuses on a very superficial, maintenance-level cleaning. It is ideal for weekly service or even bi-weekly for low-maintenance homes or homes with low traffic (i.e., no kids, no pets, etc.), as long as it is alternated with our Standard or Premium Cleaning.

*All new customers must begin with an Initial Deep Cleaning before qualifying for recurring maintenance service. This allows us to properly reset your home to our standards and build a customized ongoing plan that fits your space and lifestyle.

Customizing Your Cleaning:

Every home has different priorities, and our Basic Cleaning can always be adjusted to match your needs.

You may choose to focus on specific areas (for example, bathrooms and floors only), rotate certain rooms, or include light support tasks such as placing dishes in the dishwasher or folding laundry.

Please note that tasks involving homekeeping systems, organization, or personalized laundry routines require an initial setup process. During the first one or two visits, we take time to understand where items belong and how your household operates so our team can systemize the service properly for future cleanings.

Once that foundation is established, those tasks can smoothly become part of your recurring plan.
