Your King Here with the Latest News

[
When the audio feed first turns on there's the sound of some things being moved around together. Sounds like all sorts of miscellaneous things clanging against one another. Gilgamesh's voice starts up shortly afterward.
]

It seems there are things in these buildings once more. It seems they've come back. I am sure they enjoyed watching the lot of you writhe.

[
Why yes, he's still rather angry at the scientists and a bit annoyed in general. The next part is directed to his Casa de Fate members, but not locked to them. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I hope.
]

Despite the halt of the snow and the return of these.. things, I expect you all to remain as we had been before. For the time being, do not leave the apartment without myself, Enkidu, or Arturia accompanying you. Tohsaka, you are not permitted out.

Are you well, brother?

[
That last bit is in Sumerian, and the feed cuts out.

Decree of the King

It seems there's another commotion in this forsaken city. More of you worthless mongrels being picked off and mourning one another, it seems. Is there anyone who can provide any information about what exactly is killing you all? Even this is beyond the "standard".

I'd like to deal with it, if only to shut the lot of you up and rid myself of these bothersome broadcasts.

Pacification of the King

[The communicator start out flying across the room, stopping only when it hits the wall and clatters onto the floor. It seems that all the residents of Gilgamesh's home are shouting or trying to speak in some way, save for Saber, who seems to be fortunately absent from the antics.

There are loud "thuds" of bodies hitting the ground and struggling, accompanied by shouts and obviously furious words said in another language. Gilgamesh's voice is full of anger yet again, and that of Enkidu, his brother, is shouting back at him. Belldandy's voice is audible as well, although it's actually understandable. She's speaking Japanese, and so very clearly distressed and frantic about whatever it is that's going on. Rin's voice is the last one that can be heard, and she's furiously screaming. Probably at Gilgamesh. The noises continue on in this manner, and at one point someone is rolled over onto the communicator, sending the video feed into darkness and slightly muffling the noise.

Everything seems to have calmed down, the yelling has stopped and there's mostly the heavy breath of whoever is on top o the communicator. A few, much calmer words are said in Sumerian before the shuffling of bodies can be heard and the person on the communicator gets up; it's Gilgamesh, and Enkidu can just barely be seen standing by his brother. Neither of them look too hurt, but from their disheveled look it's clear they were the ones fighting. Gilgamesh looks furious with only his expression from when Enkidu was affected by the chip topping this one. In his hand is a stunning, golden bow, his fingers clenched tightly around it. He's breathing heavily, and says a few more words in Sumerian, calmly, before walking away from the communicator.

It times out shortly afterward.
]

[ooc: So! Gilgamesh has thrown another tantrum, this time over the fact that the scientists have given him Gandiva, the bow forged by the Hindu God of Fire. It's a treasure from the Gate of Babylon, one of -his- treasures. The fact that the scientists can apparently access the Gate while he cannot, and have the gall to decide which ones he is going to have in his possession is pretty infuriating for him. For those that can understand Sumerian, Gilgamesh was mostly shouting for Enkidu to release him so that he could go and light the city on fire, kill the scientists, draw the scientists out, go show them their filthy mongrel ways, and things like that. Enkidu was, of course, telling his brother to calm down and things such as that. They've agreed to have beer at the very end. Belldandy was generally pleading for them to stop fighting, or well, for Gilgamesh to not do big-bad things. Rin was shouting about him being stupid and what such, but some worry was clear in her voice.

People in Horton: feel free to actually hear this!]

A Test Administered by the King

[The comm clicks on with a ‘zap’, but it’s not followed by any kind of reactionary noise. The communicator’s view is partially blocked by the gray blade of a sword, a dim red aura emanating from it. A few feet away, Gilgamesh can be seen at the edge of something. A fantastic sword is in his hand, the long handle and the extravagant guard are entirely gold. A black, cylindrical blade extends outward from the handle and is decorated from base to golden tip with intricate magenta glyphs. Ea. Ea, the Genesis Star that Sunders Heaven and Earth. The sword that unleashes absolute truth, the sword belonging only to The King.

Despite the weather, he is still dressed only in the outfit he always wears: a black jacket with white lines, slacks of the same design, boots, and a white button-down shirt. The end of his jacket is swaying gently with the breeze; his golden blonde hair did the same. The scene would have almost been perfect, if not for the obstruction so obviously present, and the fact that it was Gilgamesh.

The Servant finally begins to stir after a few more seconds of silence and stillness. He takes a stance. The distance between his feet widen, the right placed slightly behind him as if to brace himself. His left hand is before him, as if posturing to strike. Ea, clutched in his right hand, is now in the air and pointing horizontally away from Gilgamesh. The cylindrical blade has begun to spin. Its three parts spin in opposing directions; the base cylinder spins clockwise, the center spins counter-clockwise, and the tip spins clockwise. Energy immediately flares from the blade, the same color as the glyps that are now completely indistinguishable. The tri-blade is spinning at an inconceivable speed.

The communicator has begun to shake, rattling uncontrollably. It falls over, finally obscuring the scene completely. But it can still be heard. The spinning sound is as loud as it is fast, the sound of something catastrophic building. Gilgamesh’s voice can finally be heard over the spinning and the rattling.
]

Enuma…

[A pause between his words. It sounds as though there is a burst in the air itself.]

…Elish!

[The rattling and the shaking grow even louder, but something else can be heard: the sound of truth tearing through the sky. An incredible maelstrom of magenta-colored energy thunders through the sky.

The comm clicks off.
]

[OoC: EVENT GET. Gilgamesh has just shot Ea into the sky, if you didn’t catch that. If your character lives or is near enough to Horton, then they’ll feel the ground rumble and then shake intensely for the moment that Ea is fired. It’s going to cast a sort of rosey hue onto Discedo and the effect is obviously going to lessen as the distance between Gilgamesh and the character noticing this grows. Feel free to describe it any way you want, make new reactionary posts, and all that jazz. After he fires it Gilgamesh will be casually walking down the stairs of Horton to the bottom level, if anyone in Horton wants to run into him. I think that covers everything.]

The King's Crumbling Walls

This place has become infested.

For those of you newcomers, my name is Gilgamesh, the Golden King of Heroes of Ancient Uruk. If you wish to gain my favor, you'll have to prove your worth.

Peaceful Adventures of The King

Is there good tea anywhere in the city?

[To Enkidu, not locked]

Are you warm enough in the clothing that you have, brother?

A Rampaging King

[The camera feed starts up and Enkidu comes into view, but not all is right. He's bound in chains and furiously struggling against it, screaming in Sumerian and barking and growling. He's in focus for only a moment, the camera quickly shifts to Gilgamesh's face. He appears to be absolutely furious, his face contorted in a mix of total rage and concern. Tohsaka Rin's voice can be heard in the background, as well as Saber's.

After a second or two, Gilgamesh finally speaks. It becomes even more apparent just how angry he is.
]

Which one of you has done this to my brother?

OoC: Anyone that is going to be life drained by Gilgamesh, feel free to start a commentlog here. If you want to clear anything up you can email me at xing.caligo@gmail.com or IM me at XPR Umble Pants. The order of people being drained can be forward and backdated as necessary and all that.

    Well, if he was sure, she wouldn't object. She carefully held the urn in front of her stomach, and at the question shook her head. A simple: 'No, not yet.'

    Gilgamesh simply pushed her offering hands back toward her.

    "It's for you." He could simply retrieve more, if he wished for some himself.

    "Have you eaten?"

    After she had a couple sips, she looked up to him and nodded with a content smile.

    Then handed the urn to him. Dainty gal, she certainly wasn't going to hog it.

    It was a different reaction from when the Nill he knew had first seen it. She was frightened, because he'd used it much more offensively then.

    "Do you like it?" he asked, watching her drink it.

    She-- Had no idea how to react. It was like magic. It was magic. Something truly wonderful and delightful. She had never seen such a trick, and it made her giddy. Once upon a time ago, Nill did…
