EvoluteIQ was founded on one clear belief: automation should be built around entire processes, not just tasks. Our AI-native platform handles process orchestration, RPA, data and event processing, agentic/generative AI, connectors, and low-code tools into a single, integrated system. This end-to-end approach guides how we work, how we grow, and how we manage our impact. ESG is not an add-on, it mirrors how we design automation i.e. integrated, adaptive, and enduring.
Environmental Responsibility
Building a Sustainable Technology Future
We are early in our formal ESG journey, but we are actively measuring our footprint, estimated at 200 to 250 tCO₂e per year across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 and taking practical steps to manage it. These efforts reflect our ongoing evaluation of measurable emission reduction strategies aligned with global climate goals.
Our commitment extends to exploring advanced environmental management systems and carbon offset opportunities as part of our evolving sustainability roadmap.
- Carbon footprint: We estimate annual emissions across all scopes at 200–250 tCO₂e. Scope 1 emissions are near zero, as we do not operate company vehicles or generators. Scope 2 emissions from office energy are 80–100 tCO₂e. Scope 3 emissions, mainly from commuting, are 120–150 tCO₂e.
- Steps under way: We encourage carpooling, support partial remote work, and are examining renewable energy options for our Bengaluru, India office.
- Future direction: A structured sustainability programme is being prepared, with formal targets, regular monitoring, and the possible use of carbon credits.

Our responsibility extends to people inside and outside the company. At the core of EvoluteIQ’s social responsibility is a steadfast commitment to fair employment practices in line with global labour standards. We foster an inclusive workplace culture, actively tracking gender diversity metrics while developing frameworks to further embed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our workforce.
Our health and safety policies prioritize employee well-being, supporting a safe and supportive working environment. Corporate Social Responsibility is integral to our operations, with initiatives sponsored to benefit the communities we serve.
While formal sustainability training is in development, we are cultivating evolving awareness among employees through regular communications, preparing the organization for more structured sustainability engagement.
- Labour practices: We follow the standards of the International Labour Organisation. Child labour and forced labour are prohibited. We provide safe conditions for all staff. A formal human rights statement is under review.
- Diversity and inclusion: Gender representation is tracked, and inclusivity is a priority in hiring. A more structured framework for diversity, equity, and inclusion is in development.
- Community: The company supports charitable and community initiatives on a regular basis.
- Health and safety: A policy is in place for office safety, ergonomics, and emergency procedures.
