During this preparatory phase, you will:

Begin taking Activate and Elevate drops
Build up fat reserves to fuel the first week of the program
Prepare your body for the fat-mobilisation process
This phase is absolutely essential and must not be skipped or taken lightly. It takes a full two days for the drops to fully enter your system and begin circulating your abnormal fat stores. Building up your fat reserves through feasting during this time is crucial to prevent extreme hunger during the first three days to one week of the next phase.

Phase 2: Strict Dieting (7-42 days)
This is the main fat-burning phase. You’ll follow the food plan and protocol closely, and take your drops and supplements every day.
You’ll lose the most weight and fat here and start forming new habits. Most clients aren’t hungry frequently during this phase because their body is using stored fat for energy.
First timers: Stick to 28 days for best results. You can extend up to 42 days if needed.
Phase 3: Transition (3 days / 9 meals)
Phase 4: Maintenance (21 days)
This phase is all about keeping the weight off. You’ll start introducing more foods

Post-Program Phase
Congrats—you’ve finished the program! Now it’s about balance.

Common Questions About the Program
Wouldn’t I lose the same amount of weight on a strict diet without the drops?
No. Without the drops, you will feel hungry frequently with the strict diet that makes it unbearable. Your body may also burn muscle and slow down your metabolism, which can make weight loss harder and less healthy. The drops help your body burn the abnormal fats.
Do I have to exercise while on the strict diet?
No. Exercise is not a mandatory part of the strict diet phrase.
Will I get hungry while on the program?
You might feel slightly hungrier during the first week but it usually goes away by the second week.
Is the program safe?
Yes, our program is safe when followed as directed. If you have medical conditions, we suggest checking with your doctor first before starting.
What happens after I complete the program?
After completing all phases, you will enter the post-program period. Many clients find they’ve developed new eating habits and preferences that naturally support and maintain their new weight. Many have also provided feedback that the healthy eating knowledge that they acquire benefits their family members’ health in one way or another.
