Creating flexible work environments for employees + elevating the client’s experience

This 41,500-square-foot headquarters for Breakthrough, a transportation management and technology provider, provides a flexible work environment for the company’s innovative and collaborative team. Named the Breakthrough Collaboration Hub, this tenant improvement project is adjacent to the Titletown Tech Center, an innovation center focused on developing and advancing scalable, technology-enabled ventures.  

The open stair was designed for ultimate flexibility and can be leveraged for an alternative work destination or gathering spot for large group presentations. The space has drop-down projectors and a confidence monitor that rises from the floor. The innovation room, or “container,” provides users with outside views without sacrificing security and privacy on project work, thanks to the perforated metals applied to the exterior walls.
