Growing From Our Milwaukee Roots

For over a century, our Milwaukee office has served as our headquarters and the epicenter for landmark projects like American Family Field, Fiserv Forum, the Riverwalk, and Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest). Located in a repurposed 1900s shoe factory in the Historic Third Ward, our team enjoys a culturally rich district, steps away from the Milwaukee Public Market and Art Museum. The city’s extensive transit options, including bike lanes, buses, The Hop streetcar, and easy interstate access, make commuting a breeze.

Our office prioritizes employee well-being with features like sit-stand workstations, a rooftop terrace offering skyline and Lake Michigan views, and flexible workspaces to accommodate varying work styles.

Community Engagement

We’re deeply committed to enhancing Milwaukee and the surrounding area’s quality of life. Our team actively contributes to community initiatives, donating time, skills, and resources to programs like mentoring at the Lincoln Avenue School, Revitalize Milwaukee Block Builds and UPAF Ride for the Arts, among many others. Our annual Beyond Design Bike Tour has raised over $1 million since 2005, uniting partners and clients in support of local charities and the Eppstein Uhen Tennessen Foundation.
