The Label Guide app is a handy tool for consultants, farmers and gardeners who want to most effectively use the products of Bayer CropScience. The app provides a clear explanation of terms used on the label as the BBCH codes and crop group names based on the DTG list.
The label indicates a group name for application and not to the crop
Labels uses crop group names that are defined in the DTG list (version 2.1 Ctgb June 2015). This abbreviation stands for Definition List of Application Crop protection, an official document from the College Admissions pesticides. It is sometimes unclear whether a particular crop belongs to a crop group. With the app you can easily your crop and the app presents the crop group that the crop belongs. Vice versa, can be searched by crop group and then the app shows which crops belonging to the respective crop group. In this way it is always easy to check whether a product has been authorized in a specific crop.
The label recommends use of an agent in a particular growth phase BBCH-
When you read a label of a plant protection product can be achieved optimum efficiency of a plant protection for example in the growth stage BBCH 31-32, you can easily search the app what stage it is. The app describes this phase in a short clear text. For example, when winter wheat grows you will find the following explanation in the app:
- BBCH 31: first button at least 1 cm above the uitstoelingsknoop

The label provides information on the effects and means on bees
The label is often mentioned, or the application of an agent, account should be taken of bees.
