Megyn Price is an American actress. Her roles include the series Common Law, The Drew Carey Show, LateLine, Starship Regulars, Grounded for Life, American Dad!, Rules of Engagement, The Ranch, and Mr. Iglesias; the made-for-tv movies A Country Christmas Story, Hometown Hero, and Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story; the films Mystery, Alaska; Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector, and Bumblebee; and the short film The Polar Bears.

She was raised in the LDS (Mormon) church. Megyn attended high school in Norman, Oklahoma. She is married to emergency physician Edward Cotner, with whom she has a daughter.

Megyn’s paternal grandfather was Thomas Daniel Price Jr. (the son of Thomas Daniel Price and Minnie Rose Beekman). Megyn’s grandfather Thomas was born in New Lexington, Ohio. Megyn’s great-grandfather Thomas was the son of Thomas Price, a Welsh immigrant; and of Mary Curtis, whose father was Irish, and whose mother was English. Megyn’s great-grandmother Minnie was the daughter of Dr. John J. Beekman, who had deep American roots; and of Lillian Ann Conway, whose parents were Irish.

Megyn’s paternal grandmother was Caroline Estella Stillman (the daughter of Charles John Stillman and Emma Samantha Terry). Caroline was born in Bingham, Utah. Charles was a Swedish emigrant, from Örebro, and was the son of Edward Peterson and Carolina M. Österlund. Emma was the daughter of William Johnson Terry and Clarissa Brown, and had deeper American roots.

Megyn’s maternal grandfather was Eugene Claudius Hord (the son of Albert Thompson Hord and Eugenia Eldora Eaton). Eugene was born in Cleveland, North Carolina, and had deep American roots. Albert was the son of Richard Thomas Hord and Margaret Harmon Thompson. Eugenia was the daughter of Samuel Washington Eaton and Rebecca Ann Swann.

Megyn’s maternal grandmother was Maxine May Campbell (the daughter of Vernon Daniel Campbell and Josephine May Platts). Maxine was born in Chewelah, Washington. Vernon was the son of Pvt. Charles Wallace Campbell and Jamilah Marion “Jamima” Chapman, and had deep roots in the U.S. Megyn’s great-grandmother Josephine was the daughter of John Crocket Platts and Clara Dorothy Wright, and had Canadian ancestry for a few generations.
