Why you should join our team

There are so many reasons we think you should join our team, but here are just a few:

  • Ongoing training and development – if you think you are good now, just wait to see the training we offer. Our training isn’t just recruitment-based either – it’s a holistic approach, working on all areas that assist with skills for life!
  • Career growth opportunities. Just because we are a boutique, don’t think we won’t have career opportunities. Every one of our team members has been given further career opportunities, whether that be as a general manager, team leader, office manager, researcher, marketing coordinator, principal consultant and even our UK-based consultant, etc. We work with your talents, potential, and attitude! We see you!
  • Further study? Amazing! We are happy to support you!

But that’s not all...

  • Regular team incentives and rewards, including trips overseas, etc.
  • We are a smart boutique agency with a big-picture approach and high professional values.
  • Close-knit, friendly, fun, down to earth and supportive team.
  • Regular social events and team outings.
  • Proudly all-female–but happy for our male counterparts to add to our shoe cupboard!
  • Involved in actively and generously supporting our community.
  • We play an active role with key charities and NFP’s.
  • You will love working with a team that is genuinely passionate about their brand!
  • Opportunity to have a big impact, sharing ideas.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Thought about an internship?

Looking to start your career in HR or Marketing? Every year EST10 provides several opportunities for interns within our Sydney office.

We work with you to create a structured programme that fits around your university schedule. You will have the opportunity to shadow our managing director, recruitment manager, consultants and marketing team, getting involved in all stages of recruitment or marketing (depending on your preference) and gaining first-hand experience of recruitment industry fundamentals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What experience do I need to work at EST10?

Direct recruitment experience is not a prerequisite for working at EST10. Most of our consultants haven’t come directly from a recruitment background! We do require that you have experience working in a service-style role or industry, such as retail, hospitality or even as an administrator. Impeccable customer service skills are critical to us, as are great networking skills.

What qualities is EST10 looking for?

At EST10, our culture and values are so important to us! If your values align with ours, you can see them here, you are off to a good start. Oh, do you like dogs? That’s also important!

We will look for ‘human skills! Do you see yourself as a problem solver with strong enterprise skills, positive and with a beautiful, calm, but impactful energy? How about self-awareness, tenacity, loyalty, and self-motivation? Sounds like you? We would love to hear from you! Oh, and of course, manners–they are a must!

Recruitment is a challenging but rewarding industry, so a passion for the work will set you up for success. If you love achieving, reaching goals and enjoy ‘helping’ people, then you are on the right track!
