Mastermind groups
We want to accelerate and stimulate better stadium operations in different fields with these groups. The purpose is an ‘end to end’ solution from members to members.
With their input, ESSMA executes research, surveys and interviews to make concrete best practices and toolkits for members. We have 5 different groups: Media & Commerce, Safety & Security, Facility Management and Pitch Management.
Surveys
Our surveys aim to conduct in-depth research at clubs and stadiums in Europe. By asking the right questions, we try to get a good picture of the state of the industry.
Using a professional survey tool makes it incredibly user-friendly to participate in our surveys and share your data to help create an industry benchmark.
Summit & Workshops
We aim to educate and inspire our members by featuring industry experts and offering teh perfect setting for high-level networking and knowledge-sharing at our events.
Our workshops focus on one specific topic such as Pitch Management or Safety & Security. Our annual ESSMA Summit is our largest event covering several major topics.
