Cancellations, Changes & Returns

🚫 Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Restocking Fee: A flat $25 USD fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

Please Note: If your order has already started processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

✏️ Order Changes

Need to update your size, shipping address, or item color?

You have 24 hours from purchase to request changes. After this window, edits may not be possible once your order enters fulfillment.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but we allow exchanges or provide store credit in eligible cases.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days If:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ You received a defective product (return shipping is on us if it’s our mistake)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Must include original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part

  • Limited Releases: Exchanges depend on item availability
  • Final Sale Items: Some exclusive or custom pieces cannot be returned
  • Fraud Protection: Refunds may only be offered as store credit in certain cases
