(Cancellations, Changes & Returns)
❌ Order Cancellation
- 24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: A $15 CAD processing fee applies.
- No Guarantee: Orders already in processing or fulfilled cannot be canceled.
- To Cancel: Email support@essentialscanadashop.ca with your order number ASAP.
✏️ Order Modifications
- Request Within 24 Hours: You can request changes to your size, shipping address, or item within the first 24 hours.
- After that, Modifications may not be possible if your order is already being prepared.
- To Update: Please get in touch with support@essentialscanadashop.ca immediately.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds unless legally required. However, we do accept returns and offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Within 30 Days:
- Wrong item received
- Defective product (we’ll cover return shipping if verified)
📦 Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was our error
📌 Important Notes
- Limited Inventory: Exchanges depend on availability
- Final Sale Items: Jewelry, custom orders, and select pieces are non-returnable
- Fraud Protection: In rare cases, refunds may be issued as store credit
