(Cancellations, Changes & Returns)

❌ Order Cancellation

  • 24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A $15 CAD processing fee applies.
  • No Guarantee: Orders already in processing or fulfilled cannot be canceled.
  • To Cancel: Email support@essentialscanadashop.ca with your order number ASAP.

✏️ Order Modifications

  • Request Within 24 Hours: You can request changes to your size, shipping address, or item within the first 24 hours.
  • After that, Modifications may not be possible if your order is already being prepared.
  • To Update: Please get in touch with support@essentialscanadashop.ca immediately.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds unless legally required. However, we do accept returns and offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Within 30 Days:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective product (we’ll cover return shipping if verified)

📦 Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was our error

📌 Important Notes

  • Limited Inventory: Exchanges depend on availability
  • Final Sale Items: Jewelry, custom orders, and select pieces are non-returnable
  • Fraud Protection: In rare cases, refunds may be issued as store credit
