Small Producers
A business is classed as a small producer if:
You have an annual turnover between £1 million and
£2 million and are responsible for supplying or
importing more than 25 tonnes of packaging in the UK
OR
Your annual turnover is over £1 million and responsible
for supplying or importing between 25 tonnes and
50 tonnes of packaging in the UK
Large Producers
A business is classed as a Large Producer if
the following apply:
– You have an annual turnover of £2 million or more
– You’re responsible for supplying and/or importing
more than 50 tonnes of packaging and placing it
onto the UK market
– If you are part of a UK Group of Companies, the entire Group will be classified as a Large Producer, if the Group’s combined metrics exceed both thresholds stated above
Takeback Services
WEEE Takeback -We provide customers with takeback
services for waste electrical and electronic equipment.
It can be a one-off collection or routine collections.
Waste batteries collection and treatment –
We provide customers with takeback and treatment
services for all types of waste batteries.
It can be a one-off collection or routine collections

Member Services
All ERP UK members use our online reporting system,
where they can report and update their data online,
review, download and print certificates for previous declarations.
Additionally, our team will pro-actively engage with members to ensure they are well supported in
complying with their Producer obligations
