My work focuses on the form and function of a space. Helping clients create layouts, aesthetics, and overall plans that support their lifestyle and goals. Depending on the scope of the project, I collaborate with professionals such as architects, contractors, and structural engineers. Architects handle the structural elements of additions and new builds, and when interior walls need to be moved, I coordinate with a structural engineer to ensure everything is completed safely. Contractors then build from the plans and concepts developed during the design phase.

Each project presents its own unique challenges, so I charge a hybrid of fees. Hourly & flat rate based on time spent working. I begin with an initial proposal before the project is finalized. In this proposal, I review the scope of the work, the budget, and provide a proposed design fee based on projected hours or plans.
