Ericsson Wireless Module Core 1.0

Ericsson Wireless Module Core is system software that enables and manages Ericsson mobile broadband (WWAN) modules in Windows-based laptops and embedded devices. It provides the essential drivers and background services that allow the operating system and OEM connection managers to detect the modem, control radio functions, and establish data connections over cellular networks (including LTE where supported). The software handles network registration, SIM and PIN management, roaming preferences, and power management, and—when available—exposes SMS and GNSS/GPS capabilities to applications. It also maintains the communication channels needed for diagnostics and firmware maintenance. Designed for silent, reliable operation, it integrates with the Windows mobile broadband framework to deliver stable connectivity with minimal user intervention.
