We specialise in helping homeowners with deep energy retrofits. Since starting in 2007 we have carried out over 1,000 building energy assessments, consulted on hundreds of low energy construction projects, carried out air tightness testing, thermal imaging surveys, commercial energy assessments, measurement and verification reports and heat pump evaluations and assessments for clients and helped numerous homeowners on their energy retrofit journeys.

Stephen the founder of the company has an Engineering qualification from University of Limerick with 30 years experience in the building and commercial sectors. In the last five years Stephen has spent three years as Project Manager for the Superhomes deep retrofit scheme in Tipperary Energy Agency from its inception as a pilot scheme in 2015 through 2018 and been involved in the management of over 150 end to end whole house retrofits in that time.
Stephen has also acted as Audit Scheme Manager for the Building Energy Rating Audit Scheme. During his tenure in this role, Stephen set up the Quality Audit Management System for the Building Energy Rating Audit function, established the baseline performance of the team of auditors and developed the key performance indicators to maintain the integrity of the Building Energy Rating Scheme in Ireland as set out by SEAI.
Stephen’s other qualifications include SEAI registered Domestic BER assessor, Non-Domestic BER Assessor and Technical Assessor, NSAI registered Air Tightness Tester, Thermal Bridge Assessment, Certified Energy Auditor and Level 1 Thermographer.
