3. Exchanges & Custom Orders

Exchanges are not available for custom-made, personalized, or ready-to-ship items. We carefully confirm all details with you before production to ensure your dress meets your expectations.

Worldwide orders are shipped with care, but any issues during shipping will be handled as stated above. We cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage or defects.
