Advanced Exchange Program
The EPSI Guarantee means that if you are dissatisfied with one of our products, our team will work quickly to help resolve it. For select customers and eligible stocked products, EPSI may provide an advanced exchange with no waiting for an RMA, no unnecessary delay, and no added hassle.

Replacement Ships Fast
Eligible stocked exchange parts may ship the same day to help reduce downtime and keep your operation moving.
Return Original Goods
Use the provided instructions and shipping container to return the original material using EPSI’s UPS account.
Advanced Exchange Program Conditions
- Replacement material will arrive with instructions to reuse the shipping container and return the original material on EPSI’s UPS account.
- The Advanced Exchange Program applies only to stocked or catalog items.
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition.
- The exchange must be initiated within three weeks of the original receipt of goods.
- If the original material is not returned to EPSI within three weeks of receiving the replacement material, you will be invoiced for the replacement material.
- This program is available only to select customers.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Requests
If the wrong material or quantity was ordered, you may request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Standard returns must follow the guidelines below.
RMA Requirements
- All claims and returns must be made within 15 days from the invoice date.
- All returns must have an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without one.
- RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- RMA authorizations expire 15 days after the date of issuance.
Return Conditions
- A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returned items.
- All items must be in original packaging and show no signs of use.
- Custom and special-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Please contact customer service or your sales representative to request an RMA number.
