As always, if the requester thinks I failed horribly and wishes me to try again, I'm happy to oblige. If there were any pictures that you really hoped I iconned, but I didn't, let me know and I'll go back and do them. I may make some more; you did give me a lot of pictures to work with, though I've iconned a lot of them already. Anyway, I hope you like.

As you can see, even with a many month gap (my last icon dump was in August, omg), there are like no icons in this post. And the ones that are here are kinda lame. I'm actually slowly phasing myself out of the icon scene and getting more into things that I love, particularly writing and reading. And sleeping. I've been finding it hard to care about icons and icontests and I don't even know why I started in the first place. Growing up? I guess so. But really, when I found myself irritated because things weren't posted on time or an idea I came up with was being used by someone else, I said to myself "um, no. This is not going to become part of your life. We need to stop this now."

But yeah, I've basically stopped making icons and eventually I'll stop modding the communities. Probably sooner rather than later, as most of my communities are starting to fail anyway. So this will probably be the last batch of icons I post, like...ever. Unless I get requests, which I never do. I'm less than halfway done with my Spike claim at 100animanga (so I probably won't finish) and I was going to wait until I was finished before quitting, but eh. I haven't completely decided yet. The journal will remain open, mostly because I don't have a need to close it. And I think I have one or two non icon-related communities attached to it. ravenclod may still get updates, so check that mess out.

So...it's been an experience. Enjoy the icons. Catch you on the flipside.

Okay, I can stop talking about it. It is a reality. New layout ahoy! Huzzah. I really like this one, actually. I screwed up the coloring a bit between the body and the link bar, but I'm hoping it's not TOO noticeable. Anyway, I've always liked this picture, and I already had the default icon conveniently. So there we go. And for the first time, I didn't put my name on the profile layout header (I forgot to, actually, but whatever).

I updated my layout post with two more old layouts I forgot to put in there.

I have like 3 icons, so you're going to have to wait a little longer for an icon post. It's harder to icon when you're not in college, I've discovered.

Just as soon as I get one affiliate, another one comes out of the woodwork. This is not helping me finish my NaNoWriMo novel, darlings. :P



moonwitch and I haven't really had extensive conversations on anything except for the insanity of attending our respective universities and the lack of sleep that ensues. However, I know she's, as they used to say, the bee's knees. I once asked her to make banners for me over at kingdom_chorus, and she happily obliged, asking for nothing but my love in return. Which I'm behind on my payments for that, so I owe her some extra love. Anyway, also like me, moonwitch has a multifandom thing going on. She's also my friend over at ravenclod, giving her extra cool points. Anyone who can read my random writings is a friend of mine.

I promise you, a dose of moonwitch will cure any ailment. If not, take two moonwitches and call me in the morning.

Well, it finally happened. I went and got me an affiliate! Funny how that happens, right? Here I was just engorging myself on pumpkin pie and an affiliate just drops in my lap.



Anyway, unless you have been living under a rock in the Sailormoon iconing world, you are well aware of the awesomeness that is mizugazipan. A community run by the lovely psycophant, mizugazipan features banners, layouts, icons and more for the discerning user. And no, much like me, she doesn't always have just Sailormoon business. We have had many a conversation regarding superheroes and our newfound common interest: writing fantasy.

100 Animanga is a community that challenges you to create 100 icons using our provided challenge packages. We focus on anime and manga only. What's different about our challenges is that each package is unique from one another, containing 50 themes, 25 technical requirements, and 25 free style! Our staff consists of psycophant and firecandy89. Combined, you've got a creative team with over 4 years of moderator experience.

Hello, my bros and hos. I gots some icons for yous. I'm not gonna lie, there are like 3 icons and like 20 variations. I do this thing where I make an icon, really like how I made it, then proceed to make 10 icons in the same style. I gotta stop doing that. But DUDE this is the most icons I've posted in a while. Marvel at it! It's a good testament to how many icons I can make in over a month, since this post was slated to be made in June.

News from the iconing front: I tried making icons from real people--more specifically, Harry Potter--but I failed so awesomely I'm not even going to upload them. I have no idea why I can't icon real people. It's the weirdest thing.

I updated my profile (a way long time ago) in case people want to know stuff about me. Dunno why, but hey. Also, the fact that it was weirdly centered and crap was driving me crazy.
