APPLICATION PROCESS

Things you will need before you begin the submission process:

• Submission URL and Title: Ensure the URL is active and accessible throughout the competition period.
• Description & Teaser Texts:

  • Description (max. 10,000 characters): A detailed overview for the judging committee.

  • Teaser (max. 2,000 characters): A short summary that will be displayed publicly if your entry wins.

• Credits Information: List all relevant contributors. Your winner profile and credited works will be based on this information.
• Contact Details: Include your full name, email, and mailing address. Please make sure all details are accurate and current.
• Optional Additional Credits: Mention any collaborators or influences you’d like to acknowledge.
• Payment Method: Have your payment information ready to complete the submission.

Additional Tips:

• Review & Proofread: Double-check your entry details for accuracy before submission.
• Submission Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after your entry is submitted. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
• Deadline Reminder: The submission deadline is April 17, 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
