  1. i bought this app to use offline and all i get is the grid, no maps, i do get a basic satellite overlay. the lite version of map snapshot came with my mac book pro, but i need it for offline use, so i bought the full version. what is wrong and what should i do? craig

    1. I find the same issue now. But it is very weird that the problem is not happening every time when I open the app. Sometimes the labels are shown.

      Please open and close the app several times. Sometimes the labels are shown. It is weird that the problem is not happening every time when opening the app.
      I’ll find a better solution and fix it.

  4. I complain once before, about lack of labels and markings of the address I searched for. I have turned the app on and off, it works for a short period and than when I come back no labels.
