The Dark Hearts of Trump Republicans Will Not Deliver Light

Today, October 25th, 2017, the GOP voted to make it HARDER for people to sue their banks if they overcharge? Did they ask their constituents about this? Not! The bank lobby is paying them off. …

written March 2017 – updated October 25th

Thanks to those who raised their voices, the GOP healthcare bill that clearly showed the GOP does not care about people’s health has failed … for now. They are two-stepping this however. They will try again and have said so. They will bankrupt the poor with a tax plan – and then the poor will be powerless. This is their plan. Consider this:

Had those who raised their voices against healthcare been silent, the GOP would have cheerfully repealed the safety net that protects the lives of 25 million Americans. It was an easy act for them and that reveals their level of care for actual people. Five our of six Americans did not like their bill, but the GOP vote was lopsided in support for the non-healthcare bill.

How can that happen in a truly representative government?  The answer is – it should not. But the GOP does not care about what their constituents think.

Voting against one’s constituency should instantly make a representative an invalid agent. But as of now, if a representative votes for their own interests, its quite legal.  We’ve got to fix that … eventually.

Thankfully, what the GOP feared more than not getting their bill passed was not getting re-elected, because they know, once they are out of power, their corrupt money stream ends.

Today, October 25th, 2017, the GOP voted to make it HARDER for people to sue their banks if they overcharge? Did they ask their constituents about this? Not! The bank lobby is paying them off. We will all be a little poorer by this move.

And this is how they are taking this country to new lows – step by step. They want us to be un-educated rabble here. They want our world to look more like the Hunger Games. It’s all for large business owners – because they offer the bribes. They call it lobbying.

What does the GOP healthcare bill and this new bank bill say to you about the motives of their party and their leaders?

It’s clear they are not charitable or christian in the classic sense of caring for others. The GOP clearly said they were willing to let American people die so they can get a bill that lets young people be foolish, gets millionaires richer, and lets old poor folks get dead and off their minds. These politicians have greed disease. And they have the foreign bank accounts to deposit their graft money into. They can’t lose unless they are exposed.

Americans wake up! This tax bill is no different than their non-caring healthcare bill. People who prey upon others do NOT suddenly change their inspirations. They just adjust their tactics.

You can’t expect benevolent light to pour out of a dark heart. It’s not going to happen. The casino owner, Donald Trump,  must have had somewhat of a a dark heart, because his business model only profited when people lost their money and often their status in life and family. Promoting gambling is an ugly businessdarkheart. But that’s how Trump chose to make his fortune. He had the dark heart to do that. Do you? Being a casino-owner is about the same as being a drug dealer. You profit. People lose.

Teachers , nurses, firemen, singers and doctors don’t do that. Many people choose to help others with their careers. Bob Dylan wrote ” We all have to serve someone”. I do that with my business. Most people do. Most people are good that way. But Trump’s heart was so dark, he even stiffed the honest contractors who built his casinos.

Do you still honestly still think Trump cares to make America great?

Their plan is what it has always been. Make money with very little work. Steal. Don’t pay taxes but make that legal for them. Work against American’s best interests for profits.

The Trumps occupy the oval office for one reason: to further enrich themselves.

This morning they said the exemption for 401K’s wont be part of the new tax plan. Their tax plan idea is to save a few lower income people some money, but take away their healthcare. They will have to pay much more than what they save for healthcare, just to stay alive. And dead is even better for them. They have robots – what do they need people for?

This is what these GOP people have done all their lives. This is why it was so easy for them to try to throw people off healthcare. They had no desire to fix it. Fixing it means joining the ranks of the modern nations of the world. But then … they can’t get those juicy insurance kickbacks. These government officials serve themselves and no one else.

In 2018, all Americans must vote out all Trump Republicans.

I sincerely think there has to be a purge of entrenched, sold out politicians from both parties. But anyone who does not vote the way their constituents want on an issue, has to go first. Once they vote against the will of their own people, they are shirking their duties as a representative. If they voted for that GOP healthcare bill – that should be enough to expose their dark heart.

Representative means you re-represent the wills of others. It does not mean you present your own ideas – or ideas that serve your own personal goals.

Trump likes to say the people elected him, so that means they want him to do what he wants to do. That is not the case. Most people who voted for Trump did so because they believed his heart was in the right place. Now, most of them know better. We all have clear evidence that his heart is not in the right place – not in a place of light.

The Revenge of the Average Americans in 2018

“Deplorable” is not my word. – Nor is it a word I would ever use to categorize any group of Americans. That word may have changed the course of history more than any other word ever uttered.  But the folks who voted for Trump are beginning to see he does not care about them and never has.

With the same impetus they had to vote out career politicians in 2016, or drain the swamp. they can and  should be moved to vote out all Trump Republicans in 2018.

Why would anybody want these people in office? They are screwing our democracy, selling out to Russia, and ruining the real economy which is not the stock market! (That’s just a measure of business-owners’ profits.) The real economy is the way average Americans live. And these days, its paycheck to paycheck – the way it was just before the Great Depression.

And Trump’s dark heart has no desire to fix that.  There is a saying ” you can’t get blood from a stone”. In that metaphor, the blood is life and love. And a person who has closed his heart to others will never give life and love. They have made that decision long ago, seen it work for them, and they are not giving that up.

I prefer to say, “You can’t get light from a dark heart”.

Why Did Putin Say “Trump is Acting in Accordance with His Own … Laws?

Trump is trying to legally become the first dictator of the USA. And if he gets away with it, the American democracy as we know it may be ruined for the foreseeable future. Then Putin has really won.

Trump is trying to legally become the first dictator of the USA. And if he gets away with it, the American democracy as we know it may be ruined for the foreseeable future.

putin-hockey

Listen to what Putin said at a hockey game he plays in to a CBS reporter. He said with an undeniable smirk “Trump is acting in accordance with ( the laws of ) his own government”.

It’s as if he said whatever Trump does – he does legally – in accordance with US laws. Why would he say that? Putin used existing Russian laws to grab power. Then he shut down the free press, took the businesses and become president for life. Was he informing Trump how to take over his country the way he did? Has he done this in private meetings with Trump? Why did Trump grab the interpreter’s notes? I have long said – dictatorships and democracies are natural born enemies. Creating a huge economic divide between the few and the most is the ultimate goal of dictatorships. Kings and subjects. ( SUB-JECT literally means “thrown under”.)

If our so-called democratic government has become so corrupt that it promotes the same wealth gap as a dictatorship, then what is really the difference?

Please watch this short video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1NKWYepioA   May 10th, 2017. Putin speaks about the firing of James Comey.

So why would Putin say that?  Is he actively back-channeling Trump on how he took over Russia, using the loopholes in the existing Russian law to seize absolute power? Nothing else makes much sense.

Engage with me in this short metaphor for a disaster: Imagine if a nuclear bomb was on a slow trajectory to hit an American city like Los Angeles. Imagine we see the slow missile and we can project that it will hit us in a month. But there are people telling us that what we see is not real. They get lawyers and tell us there is no proof that gravity exists and some say the bomb is a dud. They ask us to ignore it. They say it’s fake news. They hire lawyers to stall and inept sold-out mathematicians to explain that gravity is not in the constitution.

As I see it, not believing our eyes and ears is how we allow an enemy takes over this country. We have to stop being stupid. Trump should be disabled until proven innocent. But Trump has turned key member of the GOP Senate. Nothing else make sense.

There have been more recent instances of Trump re-iterating the Kremlin’s talking points – some of which were only known to those inside the Kremlin.

Trump said the Russian Afghanistan invasion was justified because terrorists were streaming in to Russia. That is NOT true and is ONLY a thing on Russian state TV!

Trump said Montenegro could start World War III – something heard on Russian TV as well.

If you read between the lines, the way you always should with all politicians, Putin’s statement seems to be about Comey’s firing but it’s really about some sort of struggle Trump is having with his own government. Putin is saying, in effect, that Trump would prefer not to have an adversarial US government to deal with – (the way Putin has it in Russia as an elected dictator), but that he is not breaking any US laws. He is in accordance. So it’s all OK. The logical conclusion is: Putin and Trump are coordinating,  using existing laws to make Trump/Putin the czars of planet earth.

In this statement by Putin you can sense that Putin must forgive Donald Trump a bit, because Trump cannot yet deliver on whatever promises he offered for Putin’s election help. The subtext is that Donald will need some time to make things “whole”. So this is the pass Putin gives Donald Trump, “He is acting in accordance with his own government.”  We’ll see what happens.

It also tells me that Putin has given Trump some concrete orders and/or there is a large debt to make whole – and now he is just patiently waiting for them to be executed in due time without breaking any US laws. Are they about lifting sanctions? Probably. But there could be much more in that back channel.

That back channel they wanted to set up was clearly an attempt to create safe space for collusion and yet more plotting against the people of the US for whom Putin and Trump have absolutely no love.

And who is the brains behind all this? Trump is really not smart enough to be as sinister as Vladimir Putin. But Trump would like to be as smart as Putin. He’s already made it abundantly clear how much he really admires that man.

Witness how Trump’s appointees take liberties with spending exorbitant amounts on plane trips and then use the same line –“I did not break any laws”.  Is that all any of these politicians know? Lawyer up then do what you must to get ahead? That is actually the real Trump modus operandi. Always has been.

So Putin clearly communicates to Donald Trump in some way.

Donald. Use your own rules, lawyers and state press (Fox). Get the right people around you and elected to key offices. Then what I have here in Russia, – it can happen for you and your family, even in the USA. You’ll never have to hear the press belittle you again. Then you and I will rule the world.”

And Trump took that bait, sold-out greed-monger that he is.

putin-trump-kennedy

Today – almost two years after the crime of collusion to fix the 2016 election occurred – the FBI is reporting that Russia uses our US courts to go after its rivals, weaponizing the discovery process to target its perceived enemies! Basically what Putin said at  the hockey game. Is it clear yet? Trump has been in business with Russians for over 30 years – and used them to get elected. He owes them. They have a great collection system. They just kill you if you don’t make good – and Trump knows it. Why do you think Manafort was so desperate to “get whole” with Derepaska?

Don’t let RED happen here. Not here. That’s just too stupid. GOP Senators! You have enough money. Stop enabling autocrats like Putin and Trump! What do you think our WW2 soldiers who fought and died to preserver democracy would think about us today where democracy is being sold to the highest bidder? And if you are in too deep, wiggle off the hook like Boehner and Flake – and retire. Don’t you have kids and grand-kids you care about? Are they not your legacy as they are mine?

WHAT WOULD YOU DO, OR WANT DONE IF  YOU DISCOVERED TRUMP HAS BEEN COMPROMISED BY RUSSIA?

posted January 2017 – updated October 17, 2017

I have been saying Trump has been in bed with Russia for over 30 years. I believe the relationship began in AC and involved the billion dollars he never lost and a desire to not pay taxes on that revenue stream. I believe he laundered that billion overseas and got a taste for international crime in the 1980’s.  We are getting closer to figuring this out every day. Money leaves trails, as long as sincere people are looking.

The big question that now remains is:

Will we stop an illegal president before he goes fascist on us, starts a war, shuts down the media and turns our beautiful democracy into a mess that is not easily fixed?

We see him taking the first steps of a would-be repressive government. Firing scientists. Telling boldface lies to the press. Calling the press “fake news”. Undermining the healthcare of American citizens. Trying to give more tax breaks to the wealthy!  By now, many of his own supporters realize they made a huge mistake.

Many, if not most Americans now believe Trump was and is compromised. We’re getting closer to hard proof, but Trump’s attempts to shut down the investigations – his by any means possible credo – is the most damning evidence to any rational person. He wont give up either. Trump will offer huge amounts of money to install key people to hush his crimes. He is trying this in his own way every day. Comey said no and was booted. Mueller will not bend. But its still anyone’s guess if the truth will make it to the record.

So, while we await our system, and without being judge and jury, I have this question for all Americans to ponder and that includes our cabinet members, Trump’s GOP “friends”, CIA and FBI agents, our servicemen who put their lives on the line – and even his bodyguards!

What would you really do, or want done if  you discovered Trump has been compromised by Russia and/or worked with Russia to fix his election?

Would you still protect him, because he is president?  Would you want him treated like any other traitor?  What should we really want done as the United States?

I created a metaphor to help you visualize this pending problem that grows larger every day and draw a proper conclusion.

alien

Imagine if an alien species from was able to fix a US presidential election and they got their alien life force “guy” to win. Imagine that alien is now the president, and as president it inherits the presidential powers and protections. Those same protections would be used by the alien to keep us from finding out that the alien actually fixed the election- to keep us in the dark.  They could also keep us from finding out that the alien president has an agenda that does not benefit our citizens – a secret loyalty to his own species! What a tale.

Now imagine that some lowly congressperson figures out that the alien fixed the election.  Does that alien still rightly have his presidential protections or powers? If so, how does this movie end happily? It does not. Our collective answer better be no, the alien president no longer has the presidential protections and powers – or we have already lost our democracy.

My fellow US citizens. It is essential that once we discover we have an alien or criminal president, that he immediately loses the powers and protections of the presidency. The powers and protections of the presidency are only valid if the president himself is valid. Those lost protections must include the pardon power!

To not see that clearly, or to ignore this in a partisan fever, would be to miss the very real launching pad for fascism and to invite the end of our democracy to take root in the USA.

Any civil servant should immediately lose the protections and powers of their office the moment they are found guilty of the crime of trying to fix their election to attain that office.

And this is exactly why Donald Trump always insists that his presidency was won fairly, in spite of the mounting evidence. He knows he has these pardon powers, but someone must have explained to him that once they find that smoking gun the powers and protections of the presidency could go out the window. So Trump has to say Russia is fake news to save his own neck.

Should Trump, his family, friends or staffers, be found guilty of election crimes, we must be ready to disavow Trump’s presidency, its actions and even many of its appointees. Would we allow that alien to keep his appointees? They could be aliens too, right? That’s how we have to think about this.

Once proven, Russia-gate won’t be fake news; it will be fake president.

So let’s figure out what exactly what we should do when the truth about the 2016 election comes out. It should not be long now. I’d like to hear more discussion about what we do after we know for sure that Trump, his family or appointees have been part of a team effort to subvert democracy in the USA.

Do we allow Pence, an appointee of the alien president to become the new president? – Or are all cabinet members guilty by association to the alien president?

How we should handle this is a very important discussion because it impacts our approach to zeroing in on the truth. If we allow his regime to stand, have we eliminated the problem? I don’t think so. But that’s just me. What do you think?

DJ Trump seems to alienate everyone. That should not seem strange any longer. He was an alien in college; he did not connect well with others and lived in his own aristocratic bubble. In business he was heartless, ruthless and a scoundrel. And now as president his disconnect is truly dysfunctional. So if he alienates people,  well that’s what aliens actually do. They alienate.   Joseph Aronesty

Why Would Putin Want To Instigate Americans Against Immigrants?

The Daily Beast has confirmed with Facebook that the Russian spies, who run every move by their president, Vladimir Putin, did place ads under the name “Secured Borders” inviting people to go to anti-immigrant rallies in middle America. The Daily Beast has confirmed with Facebook that the Russian spies, who run every move by their president, Vladimir Putin, did place ads under the name “Secured Borders” inviting people to go to anti-immigrant rallies in middle America.

The Daily Beast has confirmed with Facebook that the Russian spies, who run every move by their president, Vladimir Putin, did place ads under the name “Secured Borders” inviting people to go to anti-immigrant rallies in middle America.

I have been predicting and characterizing Trump’s “moves” for over a year now. Because I am from his generation, went to the same school and had a similar family education, I can sort of know whats going on in his mind.

Use the search button in my blog for keywords like Russia, taxes, Putin, Korea, and HealthCare. – You will see I have pretty much been on top of Trump’s moves since he entered the race.

But what reasons would Putin have to pay for rallies against American immigrants? What’s in that for him? Only two things make sense.

#1 The Facebook rally ads were done at Trump’s request. It was Trump asking Putin to demonstrate Russia’s amazing new cyber-war machine. Trump wanted to see if and how it worked. So the Facebook propaganda effort was supported by a hope that there would be violence and press coverage at the events they were instigating. (That’s true criminal espionage folks. Worse that the Rosenberg’s who were both executed for being spies.) The Facebook events would help create support for Trump’s nationalist message.  And Putin realized that Trump could not deliver on promises to Putin ( to reduce sanctions ) unless he actually won office.

And while that makes sense, it still does not quite feel like a really good business investment for Russia. There’s yet another reason Trump and possibly even Putin would want anti-immigrant feelings in the USA to foment: # The Wall.

#2 Trump is a builder of large projects by trade. There are all sorts of ways to make a buck on large projects and Trump knows them all. I was a builder of homes in the 1980’s, so I know how the honest side of the building business works. One estimates a project and keeps one’s cost to about 85% of that estimate, making a 15% profit as a goal.

But Trump knows all the other ways to make a buck on a project. One can also stiff the builders, something Trump is actually famous for. One can feign bankruptcy, something Trump has also done many times before. And one can get kickbacks from contractors and have them deposited in one’s offshore accounts. One can hide profits with offshore accounts as well. That’s why it is so important that we see Trump’s taxes.

And that’s also why I think Trump wanted that wall. He knew damn well Mexico would not pay for it. He got caught on the phone with the Mexican president saying it was not that important that Mexico pay for it and that he just essentially wanted him to play along. He even invited him in on the deal with code words. Mexico has an honest president. Good and glad for Mexicans. We don’t. Bad for us Americans.

The Wall was intended as yet another source of profit for Trump and his family. It was an 8 billion-dollar project. Even the honest 15% markup is a cool billion. And I’ll bet right now, once we follow the money trail of the wall, the way Mueller seems to be doing now,  we’ll find Russians were part of that intended profit stream.

That desired back-channel to Russia makes more sense now, does it not? These are the kind of things that can be done best with a back channel.

And then the Russians, paying for Facebook ads to instigate anti-immigrant sentiment, finally makes good business sense. Perhaps Putin was in on the wall. That would be a good business reason to foment anti-immigrant hatred here in the USA.

When is it going to dawn on enough US citizens that we have effectively a Russian operative serving as our president! We have an Espionage Act. It was enacted in 1919 to prevent exactly what we are witnessing. Google it. Then let’s do something about it.

What do I think? I think the president and his entire appointed staff should temporarily be placed under house arrest until the truth is discovered. We must stop the cover-ups and lies and open up their books. They should all be relieved of their posts and duties and on put standby until the truth is exposed.

We can operate just fine in the USA with just a senate, house, judiciary and generals. We don’t really need a president at the helm. And certainly not a president who has offshore accounts and Russian connections that go back 30 years.

Trump swore the presidential oath. He has broken that oath.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Faithfully is the key word. Faith is a form of fidelity. In this case, it means one is beholden or obliged to none other but the United States. Fellow Americans. We know this in our hearts and by the reports that are leaking out every day. Trump is not faithful to the USA, to Americans nor to you. And that should also disqualify him because it contradicts his sworn presidential oath.

faithThe Marines’ semper fi means always faithful, and two hands clasped in prayer is the symbol for faith. There is a reason for the two hands in the faith symbol: two clasped hands are self-bound, hence disarmed. This logic is also the source of the nearly universal custom of shaking hands to signify an agreement.

Trump can say he is working to the best of his ability. I believe that. He was never a very smart or thoughtful person. He was lazy in many ways ( He paid for his homework to get done at Penn.)  and he has a short attention span. So how good could he really be as president without those key personal qualities? He can say he is preserving the constitution, because that’s a long document that can be interpreted many ways.

But Donald J Trump cannot honestly say he has been faithful to the USA and its people! He knows this and, by now, so do we all.

So why is he still there?

We will continue suffer, emotionally and financially, every day – as a country, as citizens, as parents and as individuals –  for as long as we let this very expensive mistake we made, continue.

Will Mueller Save Us In Time or Will We Get What We Deserve For Being Stupid?

For now, it feels like a Korean War is an intended move in this chess match. I expect Trump will ultimately try to partner with Russia to end the Korean threat, a threat that Putin helped create. Then Trump can say what a nice a guy Putin can be. Please Robert Mueller, get us an indictment before 9/18.

When Donald Trump rolled into Iowa primary,  he opened with “how stupid are the people of Iowa”. And then they voted him in. Americans are now getting what they deserve for being stupid, just like Trump called them. But their only stupidity was voting for a candidate who would say such callous things.

And of course, Donald Trump has actually convinced himself that people, in general, are indeed stupid.  They were stupid for losing their life savings at his casinos. They were dumb to expect to be paid for building his projects. They were stupid for expecting real help at his so-called university. Now, they are stupid for believing the lies he continues to peddle. Donald Trump also thinks people are stupid if they are not rich like him. He really needs to find out how wrong he is about that.

Trump has never been a student of world history, so he cannot possibly be or become a master of political science. But if Donald Trump is not brilliant, who is the mastermind behind his win, if we can honestly call it that? Some say it was Bannon. But I think the creative force behind his election, and the Korean drama has always been Putin.

putin-mueller2Vladimir is a brilliant strategist. Like a world-class chess-master, he strives to remain several moves ahead of his adversaries. When Trump’s Access Hollywood was aired, Putin’s Russians were ready, almost on-demand, with counter-intelligence and fake news. It’s really hard to read between the lines in a second language.  It’s obvious Putin had people on this inside here in the USA. He would have needed suborn-able inside people – and folks who speak English as natives. He needed sold out native Americans. The sold out gang pretty much hangs in Washington D.C. these days, right?  So Putin found sold-out patsies who got him Trump. It’s that simple.

Because Putin has long had Trump’s dossiers on financial crimes – and plenty more, Trump’s team members are now mostly all directly or indirectly suborned to Putin. Putin has the dirt and Wikileaks cuts both ways. Trump, knowing he has so much to hide, can only enroll team members who also have stuff to hide themselves or are unconditionally loyal family members.  These are the only people he can really trust. It’s also why his staff numbers are so low. His organizational incompetence is both grounded and hardened by a life of crime and a fear of being exposed. Even if he wanted to turn over a new leaf ( which we have many reasons to doubt) , he really can’t.

For now, it feels like the Korean meeting is an intended move in this chess match. I expect Trump will ultimately try to partner with Russia to end the Korean threat, a threat that Putin helped create.  Kim Jong-il is either a willing player or a puppet in this game. It’s not his game however. He’s not a smart cookie. He’s a spoiled child much like Trump. If a joint effort with Russia to seems to check North Korea, even temporarily, Trump can say what a nice a guy Putin can be. No sanctions. They get back on track. Milking the USA. Getting richer in their undeclared foreign bank accounts.

Korea is about finding a way can Trump say he was right about Putin all along and get Russian sanctions lifted – which is why Putin wanted Trump to begin with. A chess match indeed. If Mueller loses this match or if it is terminated without a conclusion, it will basically end the United States of America as we know it. Trump does not care, I assure you. Americans are stupid to him. He could take his jet to Moscow tomorrow and live out his years there. He would be perfectly happy to do it. Just fine.

Put nothing beyond this president. Remember Trump’s words,“it all does not matter if you don’t win” and, “they only know what you tell them”. Those are his guiding mantras.

However, Trump is not a brilliant master. Actually, Trump is not even as smart as his “stupid” Iowan supporters. Why? Because Trump had an awful lot to lose by entering politics. Now, many who did not care about his money laundering and Russian mafia connections, want to see him and his family face justice for those crimes. Trump knew he had been successfully hiding a life of high crimes and misdemeanors, and now Trump’s crimes actually need to be revealed for our national security. Does that seem smart to you?

Meyer Lansky was a Jewish mafia player in the 1930’s. He kept a low profile. Smart guy. Lansky was never found guilty of anything more serious than illegal gambling.

We just can’t have a suborned executive branch here in the USA. If Trump was as smart as he is greedy, he would have figured this out and stayed low profile and out of politics. Now, the generals are in charge. And our generals don’t want the USA to become a Russian satellite. Trump did not care if he committed treason to get elected, but the generals have their own reasons not to go down that path. They won’t. I don’t worry about that. But maybe we should? Greed is everywhere. If our generals are suborn-able, we are done.

But Robert Mueller. I hope you bring this all to a close before 9/18. The world order may change on that day. Trump is trying to avoid detection as a treasonous criminal. He will stop at nothing. And he has Putin as a working partner with him. You really need to press charges before that 9/18. That’s two weeks.

Resisters and disgruntled Republicans. If you are reading this and are sympathetic to the cause of American democracy, please Facebook post this now. Share it with your friends. Twitter. Instagram. Send to representatives on both sides. Get it to Mueller.

When it comes to Russia taking over the USA, there is not much two sides here in the USA on this, is there? Almost none of us want this. Right?

This entire Korea thing may very well be a ruse. (Pardon the pun) I see reports that Russia and China both have given North Korea the assets it needs to build these bombs. They are players in this. Wake up people! Someone is pulling these strings.

Whatever ensues in Korea, you can be sure it was preconceived, then created and produced by Vladimir Putin. He alone envisions the final act. He alone is working to that end. And it does not end well for the USA in his mind. In this game of Spy vs. Spy, we are way behind this trained and experienced master.

Please Robert Mueller, get us an indictment before 9/18.

Trump’s Main Problem: Cheating To Win

If Trump had won the 2016 election fairly he would have had no need to fire Comey, which begat Mueller. Had Trump not been a cheater at heart, Russia would not now be on his mind nearly every waking moment. And then he might actually have had a chance to be a decent president.

The word “one” hides inside the words honest and honor. Healthy humans don’t feel inner peace hiding lies.  Mature, healthy humans eventually learn honesty is the best policy. But Donald Trump has never learned that simple life lesson. He had never had to. Trump has gotten away with being dishonest all his life – until now.

I knew Trump from U of P. He was a rich, big city playboy type. In our one common Wharton School class, International Finance, he rarely showed up. When I inquired about that, I discovered out he was paying a classmate to do his work for him, and that his dad was a big contributor to Penn.  I was told “don’t worry about Donny”. I still remember those exact words. I was made to feel like I was out of my league for even asking.

I was a sophomore, when Donny was a senior. We all knew his dad was very rich. I got into Penn on a scholarship. Not sure if my dad could have afforded Penn without that. But paying for homework is a form of cheating, is it not? And is that not sort of what the college admission scandal was all about?

trump-cardTrump CHEATED in AC

In the 1980’s, I was a jeweler on the AC Boardwalk and a very skillful blackjack player. Given the chance to play fairly, I could usually emerge with a small win. I was never a high-roller, but I can still memorize 52 cards, a skill I developed originally from playing gin rummy.

No casino came down harder on skilled players than Trump’s Plaza. They even told the cocktail servers not to serve the card-counters any drinks – not even water. Trump’s staff used to make up stories about skilled players, saying they use foul language, so they could throw them out for a cause on the books.

The Trump Plaza security staff accidentally killed one card counter when they “tazed” him and he had a pacemaker. I know the lawyer in AC that still has those details.

Anyone who is wealthy enough to own a casino, and is not willing to win and lose by the rules of the game they publish, is a cheater – because they are willing to change the rules of the game to win.

Trump often uses the word losers, something he also learned from his casino days. Trump always had to be the winner. Everyone else was a loser. That’s how Trump still sees people. Privately, Trump views his own MAGA folk as losers. Trump is on record saying, “We love the poorly educated”- a way of saying we like our supporters blind to what we do behind their backs.

Trump also cheated to win when he stiffed the contractors that built the casinos that made him a fortune. Awash in cash, he declared bankruptcy and moled his cash to foreign banks to avoid paying his fair share of taxes. These money-laundering schemes connected him to international financial criminals and the Russian mafia. Cheating to avoid taxes started Trump on a trail that eventually connected him to Vladimir Putin.

Donald Trump has been cheating to win his entire life. He even warned us of this on the campaign trail. “What does it all matter if I don’t win?”

Trump is still trying to cheat to win – even today. It’s what he knows best. He cries “fake news” when the truth is published. He has never really lost by cheating. Yes, he paid off the Trump University folks whom he cheated with false advertising – and women like Story Daniels – but he came out way ahead in those deals. Now Trump is now trying to cheat justice. It’s why it’s called obstruction of justice. And maybe, for the first time in his life, he won’t get away with it.

I don’t think Congress as a whole will help Trump obstruct justice. He may have dragged some congressmen into the swamp with him, but there are over 600 congresspeople. He can’t drag them all down. And the generals won’t go there. They have had their own gig here for 250 years.  They won’t let Trump spoil that, and they shouldn’t. It feels like the truth will come out soon. I guess we will see soon.

Had Trump wad won the 2016 election fairly he would have had no need to fire Comey, which begat the Mueller Investigation. It was the cheater in Trump that instructed him to find a bribery-friendly sold out DA, Bill Barr – who should also be impeached in due time. Had Trump not been a cheater at heart, Ukraine and quid pro quo would not now be on his mind every waking moment. Had he not been a life-long cheater he might actually have had a chance to be a decent president. But alas, cheating to win has been Donald Trump’s modus operandi. He knows no other way.

After Trump tried to hold the 2020 G7 meeting at his now failing Doral County Club, Nick Mulvaney, his acting Secretary of State, said Donald Trump is in the hospitality business at heart. We get that. It could be argued that Trump was pretty good at that game, and maybe he longs to get back into it.

But if he wanted to stay in the hotel business, why did he even run for president? Did he really now know that eventually the truth about his life-long cheating would come out in the highly scrutinized office of President. But if you watch Trump’s body motion as he came to the stage with family to accept the win when Hillary conceded, you can see Donald was very wary about that had just happened. Trump knew what he coordinated with Putin in the election. He just got away with cheating to win again. But something told him he crossed a line. His father probably warned him to stay out of the limelight when cheating. Fred Trump was careful that way.

And so now, Donald Trump has absolutely no chance at all to be a decent president – or even a decent man. And we all pretty much know that. Even his base knows this down deep. The American people are not stupid losers the way he thinks.

To Donald with love,

Donald. It’s not the media. It’s not Pelosi and Schiff. It’s not Congress. It’s not the fake news. It’s you Donny. You have been a lifelong cheater. It started young. And maybe it is about to catch up with you at last. Fess up and make a deal to step down? Well that’s not you, is it? We don’t expect that maturity from you. We expect you will keep fighting and lying to the American people, concealing your taxes, abusing your power by instructing congresspeople to disrespect lawful subpoenas – obstructing justice at every turn.

The best thing that could happen to you, your family (and us) is that you actually get caught for cheating, leave the office of president and pay something for your crimes. But you still don’t know that do you? It’s never to late to turn over a new leaf – if you are sincere about it.

Then you could redeem yourself and perhaps rededicate your life to a selfless noble cause. Consider becoming a philanthropist, like Bush, Gates and Bill Clinton have done, at least to some degree. You will still have plenty of money left. You will be fine. Really. Just like that classmate said in 1967. It might even feel good to you. I say this with love for a fellow traveler on this earth. We are all the same – trying to make sense out of nonsense that way.

Make a deal to step down and not get caught too bad. You could say your feet hurt – again. Pardon my sarcasm. But you could devise one last lie and say you have to step down for health reasons. Right now, we’d take that. Just to spare us the Tarantino film ending this is likely to unravel into.

Are We Witnessing a Coup d’Etat of the United States Government?

In the wake of Charlottesville affair, I hear people are saying the top GOP heads are not turning on Trump because they are afraid of losing the votes of Trump’s base. Some part of that rings true. But I don’t think its all or even half of the truth here.

First written August 2017.  Updated January 2019.

In the aftermath of Charlottesville, most GOP heads and cabinet members are still not turning on Trump. Some reporters say they are afraid of losing the votes of Trump’s base. Some part of that rings true. But I don’t think its all, or even half of the truth.

A major sect of Trump’s base reared its ugly head in Charlottesville. The majority of Americans who truly identify with the hatred we witnessed are either actual members of the Klan, White Supremacists or Nazis.  The KKK even thanked Donald Trump for equating their status with the status of those who represented racial tolerance. These hateful mobs now seem to think they have some control or influence over Trump.  And Trump controls the nukes. That puts these right-wing groups just one degree of separation away from total global annihilation.

You would think the GOP would have enough patriots among its roster of career politicians to muster the guts to make a statement against the president’s alt-right rant. They know, as we all do, that Trump is bad for the GOP and America. And yet, though we hear the GOP leaders saying things like, “we reject Nazism”, we don’t much hear, “we reject the Trump’s divisive racial statements”. The GOP will never get a better opportunity to reject Donald Trump’s appalling leadership.

And yet that does not seem to be happening.  I no longer think its because they are afraid of alienating Trump supporters. It’s clear that his words were very ugly to the vast majority of Americans. This was the time to call out anyone who would not totally reject neo-Nazis. It would seem to be the smartest thing they could do for their own careers. They must be aware that standing with Trump will have consequences in 2018 and 2020. (PS. It did. )

So GOP leadership, what’s the hold up?

It would be easy for me to cut directly to conclusion I have drawn, but I want to go over some key elements and tells of what we have witnessed.

Does you remember the time first Trump said that he would be president for the next four years. He went on to say, “maybe much longer”. Trump knows the full extent of his crimes, both as president and real estate mogul.  He knows that being president opens the door for scrutiny – as it should in a just democracy. And he figured out it would be best if he stays in office for life to hide his crimes.

He was imagining and projecting his inner dream to the world: the Trump reign will last as long as he is alive, like Putin and Kim are trying to do. Is this why Trump family members have West Wing positions?

Trump got caught saying this early in his presidency, “They only know what you tell ’em”. This is an old grifter meme from the Great Depression. I know this first-hand because my father told me this with didactic fatherly love when I was a freshman into the retail business on the AC Boardwalk at age 24, in 1972. It was widely used by jewelry salesmen to support “creativity” when describing precious stones.  I did not buy into it. It just was not me. But Trump fully did. It also explains his “bone spurs”, the “cooked polls”, “the Russian Collusion”, “his calls of fake news” and most all of the Trumps’ cheating to win. He believes, as his father taught him, that the public only knows what he tells them to the camera.

putin-trump-fake-newsHowever, Donny is not a poker player. He wears his emotions on his sleeve. It’s not only we who can see through him, but all those around him can too. Even if they did not fully know Trump played ball with the Russians in the 2016 election when it was going on, they would, by now, suspect this by his body language and the mounting evidence. And yet, these Trump-installed GOP leaders say nothing. What really is holding them back?

In the wake of the relative silence that is coming from the GOP, only one thing makes sense. Trump’s election tampering is known by more than just the Trumps. Other key players in the GOP and his cabinet must be in on this. They cannot turn on him because he can turn on them.

Only one thing makes sense: Trump’s election tampering is known by more than just the Trumps.

The Trumps, Bannon, Kushner, McConnell, Sessions, Ryan, Ross, Flynn, Manifort, Pence, Elaine Chao – what if they all know about the Russian meddling? What does thay say about the GOP, 50% of our government?

It says they are complicit and suborned. They are “thick as thieves” – another well-known meme that explains the glue that holds grifters together: they all have dirt on each other. And they need it that way! No clean players in the Trump Administration are allowed to remain. It’s why Tillerson left.

Now add one more important name to that list – Vladimir Putin. Putin initiated and orchestrated the 2016 election meddling, so he would know all the American players.  And Putin is natually allied with the other dictators on the planet. I call that secret alliance “Dictator’s United” – a play on the notorious “Citizens United” alliance. Dictatorships do not like the very existence of democracies, especially in this inter-connected world, because their people can figure out that there might be a better way. This is essentially autocracy vs democracy – in that order, because we do not fight back.

It’s bad enough that all the American players in this coup would have sworn an oath of allegiance and pledged secrecy. But the kicker now is that Vladimir Putin has the dirt on all of them. So all the players (Trump included) fear Putin way more than disaffecting Trump’s so-called base. The formula is: Putin has Trump – Trump has the GOP top echelon – so Putin has the USA!

With respect to the GOP’s silence on Trump’s allegiance to Putin the only thing makes sense is the GOP’s top leaders are also suborned.

They can not speak against Trump because they were in on it all. Those on the lower rungs of the GOP power structure are just ambitious followers who don’t want to believe what they likely suspect. They will not speak out of cowardice. The suborned and the cowards defines 95% of the GOP.  Hence the silence.

So now I must address the few prominent GOP leaders who still seem to have some patriotism or a semblance of a spine. I ask my reader citizens to ask their Republican representatives to stand up to Trump now.

John McCain. Please remind Americans that when it was Trump’s time to serve, he feigned a foot injury. ( It’s true. It’s really easy to say. Trump will hate it. And Americans may finally wake up on that meme alone. ) Call him out the way he did you! ( PS. Sadly this did not happen. ) I know you feel Trump is currently not fit to serve. We need to hear it from you, John McCain, more than anyone. You have reached the station in life where you are truly a natural leader. Speak out. Flex your power. No one has more GOP respect than you sir. We need to hear from you … now!

Lindsay Graham. (Boy was I wrong here.) You said every worthwhile thing you did in government, you did with John McCain. It’s time to join him and speak truth to power. You will have no resistance in this country, except from the Trumps. And that should be fine with you. We know you guys are not suborned. You are among GOP members we can trust.

John Kasich. Even Democrats could see you were a decent person. But call him out by name. He showed you no respect during the campaign. Why do you now kowtow to him in any way? We need you to be a leader. We don’t have one in the White House. (PS. Kasich did his part. )

Jeb Bush and the Bush Presidents. Your family has been there. You know what is going on with the Trumps more than anyone. Reveal your deepest thoughts on Donald Trump on the public airwaves…  tomorrow, please! ( PS. W did. )

Vladimir Putin is pulling all the strings here now. He has the main actors in the US government suborned. The US is effectively his country now.

Citizens and statesmen, ask yourselves these questions.

  • Why do you think Trump wanted the electoral information from the states?
  • Why do you think voter suppression laws are being re-instated? Does that not feel like the fix is going to be in again?
  • What makes anyone think that the Russians are still not at work fixing things here in the United States election systems?
  • What has Trump done to shut down election meddling? The post office has a better receipt system than our electoral process. Why is open-sourced election systems not a needed infrastructure upgrade right now? It’s not even expensive. That is really an easy job. I don’t get it. Do you?
  • Why did Trump blurb out, “I might be president for a much longer time than four years.” I think he knows that the crimes he has committed are so egregious that his only way out is to throw the US government into a chaos and then legally create a fascist police state to “stabilize” it.
  • And what was he really thinking when he said “fire and fury such as the word has never known.”? Who is he trying to scare. Korean? Americans? Or the entire world?
  • Does this presidency even feel right to you?

I myself think Putin is planning a new world order. He has enrolled a power-zealous Trump and helped him win an election. Many know about the fix. He wants payback.

And that is a coup d’état.

That’s about how they did it in the Russian revolution.  Now, they need chaos. Riots in the streets. War. The dictators in Iraq, Syria, and even ISIS operate best in chaos. Tic toc.

The next logical step is an active war, martial law, and silencing the press. Maybe some real fire and fury.

Republicans, stop this insanity now! It is the only way you can still emerge as the heroes in this mess. Don’t you even see that?

Etymology Teaches Us Why Trump’s Delayed Responses Don’t Seem Sincere

The word “sincere” comes into English via French and Latin.  SIN in Latin means without. (sans in French) CERE means cerebral, head or thought. SINCERE means WITHOUT THOUGHT.

When Trump spoke first on Charlottesville, it was off the cuff, without much thought. Those first words came from his heart. (Heart is not quite the right word here, is it?) Later, after speaking with advisers and reading the polls, he dressed his first words up, rephrasing them to appease more people. Those second words are no longer sincere, by the very definition of the word sincere.

Donald also fails to have honor, according to the root definition of that word.  Honor means “one word”. The “hon” in honor represents one and the “or” represents oral. It’s that simple. When a person has one word they have honor. But Trump consistently and historically has been shown to reverse the things he says be believes in. That’s not honor. He does not even know what that word means.

So, by the truest definitions of these words, Trump has neither honor nor sincerity. And for these reasons, he is not even qualified to be a public school teacher, let alone be president.

Disclaimer: Sorry to use that metaphor my teacher friends. Teaching is super important work. But there are standards one must pass to be a public school teacher. Do you think Trump could get a teacher job after Access Hollywood was released? Not!

So Trump’s delayed consolation re Charlottesville seems insincere and his double talk ( as our parents called it ) has no honor. Without neither honor nor sincerity, Trump should not will not likely survive a full term as POTUS. And all those aligned with him will fall with him. This is why we see CEO’s bailing on DT right now. They are getting the jump on 2018. There will be no wiggling off this hook in 2018.  All aligned with Trump are going down, if he even lasts that long.

Why We Need to Hear from Dem’s on Korea Right Now!

Right now, Trump is trying to become a war president. Given Russia-gate, that is the only way Trump can …

koreaRight now, Trump is trying to become a war president. Given Russia-gate, that is the only way Trump can stay in power or be redeemed. It also serves to divert attention from his crimes, nonchalance, lying and incompetence.

But what would a DEM leader actually do or say now about Korea? We don’t know. They are quiet today. This is not smart. The subconscious public meme will be “the Dem’s don’t know how to deal with war threats, so they are quiet”.

It’s logical too.  If Dem’s are silent now, how can they really be counted on in true war times?  It’s not much different than the way Hillary ignored those in fly-over country.

Democratic representatives and hopefuls: Get vocal and fast! Next week is way too late.
It would be nice to hear from Bernie on this. He is thought of as a social programs champion. Good. But that may not be enough. He was thought of as weak of foreign policy, right?
And if Trump figures out how to coordinate a war effort with Russia, you can kiss any semblance of control over our country goodbye for many years. That may even be happening right now. I would not put this past them. Russia helped Korea get nuclear weapons. This could be a coordinated dance to get Putin/Trump back on top.
I went to Penn with Trump. He’s not smart or even educated. But he will figure this out. He already likes the idea of being a wartime president.  You can see him loving it today.
Stay ahead of him and the GOP and Putin!
Please. Pass this message up the chain.
DEMS: Think of how you would handle it, and just say it. That’s all that is needed. I would say this if I were president – (and I am way more qualified than Trump, I am sure.)
This is what I would say:
Kim-Jong Il: Seeing as North Korea is developing nuclear weapons, we have to consider the threats you are making to be sincere. And so, we must immediately defend ourselves. We are now making plans to do so. Some plans you will hear about – they are our overt plans. Some plans will be covert, like the plans we made against Osama Bin Laden.
But we are dealing with this now and upon the next threat or test missile we will  be forced to deploy. Rest assured that American security is our highest priority.
PS. It can’t be a hollow threat. Myself, I would take him out the way we took out Bin Laden. He is not hiding. Next threat. I would do a secret op. But that’s me.
Whatever you decide, Dem’s you need to get vocal or you will lose the right to govern the USA in a war-threatened world.
Do you get that?
PPS. It feels like this could be a setup to make Trump look presidential. If Korea stops tests for a few months, perhaps by agreement with the powers that be, Trump comes off looking smart. We will see.

Congress’ New Job: Protecting Us From Our President

The release of Donald Trump’s conversations with world leaders reveals his striking immaturity. Trump likes to say he is qualified to be president because he built a large business.  That alone does not make anyone qualified, experienced, honest or mature enough to be president.

The release of Donald Trump’s conversations with world leaders reveals his striking vroomimmaturity. Trump likes to say he is qualified to be president because he built a large business.  That alone does not make anyone qualified, experienced, honest or mature enough to be president.  Al Capone ran a big organization. Those who know Trump’s operations best, New Yorkers, will tell you he clawed and cheated his way his way to wealth by disregarding rules, suing opponents into bankruptcy, stiffing contractors, and avoiding taxes by various schemes which now may include money laundering.

Listen carefully what Trump just said to the Mexican president. It will all come out in the wash”. He was enticing the Mexican president into a bribe. The wash is code for money laundering. It’s something that many autocratic rulers do these days. They siphon funds from crevices in their own governments and deposit them in places that are both foreign and cooperative where they think they cant be taken from them. Then they allow the cooperating leaders to do the same in spaces they control. A quid pro quo  international money laundry exists. launderB

Trump was phishing for cooperation when he asked Nieto to state he would pay for the wall. He hinted that he would find a way to pay him back in the wash. But Nieto did not take the bait! Maybe some leaders do. Maybe conversations with Putin are “pleasant” in that way. I believe that chance to do money laundering on a grand scale, to be rich like Putin, is mostly what the presidency meant to Trump. I think all his other promises are a “ruse” to get him access to more power and money.  (Interesting how Trump’s own word ruse resembles Russian. Freudian slip? )

Trump’s embarrassing conversations with the prime ministers of Australia and Mexico confirm that he behaves and like a child camper who must be sent home to his parents because he can’t get along with others. We can’t have a child for president. His bullying/cheating tactics may have worked in business, but they won’t work when we need the cooperation of the entire country, which is the actual job he is supposed to be doing: getting the country to work together. And Trump is so bad at that. And his life-long modus operandi won’t work when we need help from our allies, as the two unmasked calls to foreign presidents revealed this week. Trump’s presidency is ridiculous and dangerous … not only to Americans, but to the entire world as long as he has control of our military.

I am calling on Congress to figure this out before they move on to any other issues. His powers must be checked, particularly his military powers. Protecting us from our president is now job #1.  The history books are going to have an interesting chapter from 2016-2018.  Like Brian Williams said “how does this end?”.

On Leaks

We live in a world where all electronic transmissions all are stored or leave some sort of trail. There’s not much, “let’s step outside and talk privately” any more, though Trump did get that hour with Putin. And how can Trump really complain to his base and his reality TV fans that the leakers are a big issue when he calls for the release of Hillary’s emails? The antidote for not worrying about leaking in this day and age is simply speaking truth, serving Americans and being an honest soul.

Trump’s Next Move

Trump needs a war and soon. And he’s going to try and make one happen. Korea is the most likely target. In a war, especially one where Americans are under a real threat of attack, Trump can try in install martial law. Under martial law he declare that the leaking media is a threat to our survival. He practically said that last night to his base. He can temporarily shut down the media until he can “figure out what the hell is going on” with the leaking. Yeah. Right. Those are Trump’s words too.

This is what they talk about in their war room. I’m not in that room. But I went to that same war room school.  I went to Penn with Trump. But our real teachers were our fathers, depression survivors. And one survivor meme that circulated among those who were upwardly mobile in those tough times was “they only know what you tell them”. Trump has said that on TV too. The media should dig that quote up and circulate it more. Help me get that message to the media. Circulate this blog and meme. We are all in this together. Trump will try to stifle free press. He knows investigative reporters are doing the job of devoted patriots right now. Sessions came out to imprison “leakers” today, but he did not define what a leaker is.

Congress, please take away his finger on the button status or see that it is shared with a trusted adult ASAP. He cannot be trusted. For now, that’s the next strategic move to protect us.

Kudos to Murkowski for keeping Congress open this summer so he can’t go on a summer power rant. It was strategically precise and very wise. Thank You. That felt like Congress was serving us for the first time in a long time. Strange times. Serving us has become protecting us from our own president. It has actually come to that.

Serving us has become protecting us from our own president. It has actually come to that.

Trump has now reached the critical 33% popularity poll. I predicted that would be the breaking point and it appears it’s pretty close. It’s impossible for any one man to prevail in America when 2 out of 3 people in America are not on his side.  Prevailing for Trump wins if he does not get caught for the crimes of espionage and money laundering. The only way he can do that now is under martial law. And he is going to try. Trump vs the World indeed.

Congress. Continue taking away his powers. Limit them, one by one, or insist they be shared with one other truly trusted person. That person won’t be a DEM in this environment. So, among the GOP I trust the most now are McCain, Graham and Murkowski.  We need to share the nuclear codes with a patriot who is a compromisable Trump loyalist. He would start a war to stay out of jail in a heartbeat.

Trump is not an honest player and has never been one. Honest has the word one buried in it. It means a person has one mind and relies on it consistently. An honest person cannot be caught in a lie. Stay one step ahead of him.
