Dr Boy to showcase its current range at Kuteno 2026

The stand will focus on the Boy XS E and the Boy 35 Electric

At Kuteno 2026, held from 9 to 11 June, Dr Boy & Co. is set to showcase a small selection of its current range of machines

Dr Boy will be in Hall 20, booth D22, as well as at the OPM partner stand in Hall 20, booth H12. The exhibition stand will focus on two machines: the Boy XS E and the Boy 35 Electric.

The Boy XS E, with a clamping force of 100kN, is used to produce a ‘spork’- a combination of a spoon and a fork. The machine has a minimal footprint of 0.87m2 and high precision. Due to its innovative technologies, the machine offers numerous applications in micro- and small-part injection moulding. The free-standing two-platen clamping unit, with a diagonal arrangement of tie bars, ensures the plasticising unit, mould cavity, and ejector are optimally accessible, enabling the integration of automation equipment.

The Boy 35 Electric is Dr Boy’s smallest electromechanical injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 350kN and will demonstrate its performance and efficiency in the production of cable ties live at the exhibition. The machine is characterised by precise injection, high dynamics, and reduced cycle times enabled by parallel movements. The new universal injection unit with patented injection force measurement ensures high process accuracy. The two-platen clamping unit and the lubricant-free mould mounting area provide ideal conditions for clean applications. The machine produces reusable, sustainable, and functional cable ties.

The compact design, modern drive and control technology make the Boy Electric series a future-proof solution for a variety of applications.

Dr Boy will also be presenting another machine at OPM’s partner stand: a Boy 25 E will be on display, producing check cards and colouring the material with liquid ink.
