Greg Van Dell, Founder/CEO
Greg Van Dell has a stellar track record of building successful products, and making major infrastructures operate smoothly. Over his 20-year career, his vast accomplishments range from overseeing banking systems integration, to leading Fortune 500 on-shore and off-shore development projects. Fluent in 20+ programming languages, he also built a live video production workflow engine as his former video software company. This same infrastructure is widely used today at national TV networks to manage and distribute reality show content. His latest accomplishments include overseeing an enterprise-level financial system database migration, a multi-tier automated loan system with third party integration, and a NoSQL multi-media platform using MongoDB and Django. Aside from overseeing large-scale development projects, Greg is also an accomplished business leader. He expanded Engineation to a global network of 39 experts in less than 2 years without any funding.
