Support for Service Members and their Families

Operation Frontline Families (aka Caregivers on the Homefront) is now under the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and the Hidden Heroes campaign!

Operation Frontline Families has been a cornerstone in offering direct assistance, resources, and community support to military families, focusing on the challenges faced by those on the front lines. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation, renowned for its advocacy and support for military caregivers, has significantly influenced policy and created critical programs that address the unique needs of those caring for our wounded, ill, and injured veterans.

Key highlights of this partnership include integrating programmatic activities to offer a more comprehensive suite of support services, leveraging combined networks to reach more families and caregivers, and amplifying the voice of military and veteran caregivers across the nation.
