You can use your cPanel login details to access your Web Disk, which supports various operating systems, including mobile devices.
- Log into your cPanel account (e.g.,
www.example.com/cpanel). - In the "Files" section, click the "Web Disk" icon.
- Under "Main Web Disk Account", click on "Configure Client Access".
- Select your operating system from the drop-down menu, then click on "Download Configuration Script".
- Open the downloaded script. It may take a few minutes before it prompts you for your username and password. Enter your Web Disk or cPanel login details to access your website files.
Note: If you are using Windows and your server does not use SSL, you will need to enable Digest Authentication, and ensure that port 2078 is allowed through your computer’s firewall.
