A Record is a type of DNS record used to point a domain or subdomain to an IP address. You can add an A Record using the cPanel Zone Editor option.
- Log into your cPanel account (e.g.,
www.example.com/cpanel). - In the "Domains" section, click on the "Zone Editor" icon.

- Under "Domains", you will see several options below the "Actions" heading.

- Click on "A Record". A small window will appear. Enter the required details:
Name: Enter the subdomain or name you wish to add. For example, entering "blog" will automatically create "blog.example.com".
Address: Enter the IP address of your server.
Click the "Add an A Record" button to save your changes.
If the record is added successfully, you will see a confirmation message. Please note that DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours.
Note: It may take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours for DNS changes to take effect worldwide.
