How to change PHP version on your domain using cPanel?

Some software requires an older version of PHP, such as 5.6, while others require PHP 7 or newer. If you need to switch PHP versions for your website, you can do so easily from cPanel by following these steps:

  1. Log into your cPanel account.
  2. In the "Software" section, click on the "MultiPHP Manager" icon.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, select your domain from the list on the left side of the screen. You will see a "PHP Version" option with a drop-down menu on the right. Select the desired PHP version from the menu and click the "Apply" button.
