Yes, we provide an SMTP server as part of your cPanel Hosting account that you can use to send outgoing emails. If using our nameservers, your outgoing mail server address is:
mail.example.com
Replace example.com with the domain associated with your mailbox.
Configuring Your Email Client
To use our SMTP server, you'll need to configure your email client to authenticate with the outgoing mail server. Most email clients will prompt you to enable authentication for the SMTP server, and will be required to enter your username and password. Simply use the same login credentials that you use for your incoming mail server.
Recommended SMTP Ports
For sending emails, you can use either of the following ports:
- Port 25 (standard insecure SMTP port)
- Port 465 or 587 (recommended for secure commincation)
We recommend using Port 465 or 587, as some Internet service providers block Port 25 unless you are using their own servers.
Important Note on Encryption
To connect successfully to our SMTP server, please ensure that encryption options such as SSL or TLS are disabled. Enabling these options may prevent you from connecting to the server.
If you need further assistance with setting up your outgoing mail server, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We are here to help ensure your email communication runs smoothly.
