SDBC Resources
The San Diego & Imperial Business Development Center (SBDC) Network helps businesses grow and succeed through no-cost advising and training. Community Enhancement ARPA Augmentation Grants:
Local non-profit entities may be eligible for Community Enhancement (CE) grant funding from the County to stimulate tourism, promote the economy, create jobs, and improve quality of life.
Neighborhood Reinvestment Grants:
The Neighborhood Reinvestment Program provides grant funds to County departments, public agencies, and to non-profit community organizations for one-time community, social, environmental, educational, cultural or recreational needs.

ChallengeHER is a national initiative to boost government contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses with a special focus on the Women-owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting Program. In April 2013, WIPP, American Express, and the SBA launched ChallengeHER to deliver free workshops, mentoring, and direct access to government buyers.
