Use this form to register to be a vendor at the 2nd annual Canadian Encaustic Conference taking place in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada.

Conference Dates: Friday, Sept. 11 through Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026

We are looking for vendors that sell tools and supplies used by encaustic artists to be on-site to sell their products at the Canadian Encaustic Conference. The vendor room will be open during the entirety of the Conference. You will receive a space approximately 10ft square. Six-foot tables plus chairs are provided, however, coverings, etc will be the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors are welcome to bring their own displays and assortments. The venue has a secure entrance that will be locked overnight. The facility also has excellent wifi coverage. There is a side door to help with loading and unloading. The cost per 10×10′ space is $500 CAD (approx $360 USD). Payment will be required upon approval of application.
