Ordering Direct
Customers in many countries can order our products directly. If there is no dealer listed below in your area, please email us at sales@enablingdevices.com to determine if you can order directly.
Please keep in mind that customs fees, duties, and possible delays may apply to orders shipped outside the United States. These charges are set by your local customs office, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over them or the ability to estimate the costs in advance.
To help your order arrive smoothly, please be prepared to cover any applicable customs fees. If you decide to refuse a shipment, we’ll need to deduct any return-to-sender costs from your refund.
Canadian Customers: All of our products are available for sale in Canada. You may order direct or through one of our approved dealers. Please note that Canadian orders placed directly through our website must be paid by credit card or bank wire. We are unable to take Canadian checks as payment for an order.
United Kingdom Customers: A select number of communicators and switches are certified for sale in the UK. We have partnered with Liberator UK as an authorized dealer of our certified products. Please go to https://www.liberator.co.uk/ to purchase these items.
European Union Customers: A select number of items are certified for sale in the European Union and are available from a network of dealers. Special Instructions for International Customers Outside the EU and UK Who Are Ordering Direct:
Shipping charges for international orders are determined by actual weight and dimensions of the package and the destination. There is no international shipping chart so when you place your order (mail, phone, fax, email or online), our Sales Dept. will determine the shipping charges for your order and contact you for payment before any item is shipped. Depending on the workload in the warehouse, this process can take a few days so we appreciate your patience while we gather accurate data.
Alternatively, you may use your preferred carrier. Please include the carrier name and account number with your order. All orders using Consignee Billing will be charged 6% of the total order as a handling fee ($5.00 minimum).
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID BY WIRE BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED. Contact us for our bank wire information at accounts@enablingdevices.com.
