Following its selection for the 2025 Rejuran Diamond Membership, AB Clinic was officially invited to attend the 2026 Rejuran Diamond Membership Forum and Awards Ceremony, hosted by PharmaResearch.

This forum was a premium academic event attended by leading medical professionals in Korea. It provided a platform to share clinical experiences from the past year and to discuss the future direction and potential development of Rejuran treatments.

  • During Medical Treatment and Payment Required: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Contact Information, Address, Medical History, Treatment Records, Payment Information
  • Automatically Collected Access logs, IP address, and cookie information

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Clinic does not provide personal information to third parties without the data subject’s consent, except in the following cases:

  • When submitting medical records for reimbursement claims to the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Clinic promptly destroys personal information when the retention period expires or when processing objectives have been achieved.

  • Destruction Procedure: Deleted after internal approval upon reaching the destruction criteria
  • Destruction Method: Electronic files are permanently erased, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated
