Are you a creative and enthusiastic Maker? Then join the greatest maker festival in the Netherlands now!
Model makers, inventors, tinkerers, designers, teachers, hackers, artists, software developers, engineers, recyclers. This call is for all makers who get energy from creative and technological innovations, from beginners to professionals and from young to old.
The deadline for registration is July 1st, but if you register later we can try to see if it still fits.

Registration procedure
Step 1
Register via this website, fill in the form below and we will process your request as soon as possible. Registrations via email will not be processed.
Step 2
After approval by the selection committee, you will be notified and receive a confirmation email. After the registration period has closed, you will receive more practical information. Participants will be published on this website as soon as possible.
Some of the information you enter will be published on our website. So provide the correct text and images.
We as an organization will then – after the deadline – inventory all requested space and facilities and organize their production. A complex floor plan is then created in which the layout and technology are artfully woven together. All makers will then be contacted to agree on the proposed location. A script is being drawn up for the construction and delivery of items on Friday, September 13. Therefore, make sure that you are as clear as possible about your setup and equipment in the form. If possible, attach a sketch of the layout.
Participation for non-commercial makers is completely free, as you have come to expect from us. You will be asked – after you have been admitted – to pay a deposit of €50. We want to prevent last-minute cancellations. Makers with product sales and small businesses pay €150 (excluding 21% VAT) for participation. Companies interested in participation or sponsorship are kindly requested to contact the organization via directie@makerdays.nl
Location and practical information
We organize the festival in the Town Hall(City Hall) and on the Town Hall Square and surroundings, and provide all kinds of options to ensure that the makers and their installations, equipment and interaction with the public are safe and pleasant. Based on the registrations and the requested space and facilities, we will optimally provide everyone with a nice place. Whether we need to build walls with straw bales, cranes with flying robots, mobile forges in containers or mountains of sandcastle sand at your stand: we will of course think along with any challenges and ensure that your project is given a suitable place on the site.
