Her expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including strategic planning, brand and campaign management, creative services, direct response marketing, event production, market research, product development, and database management.
A visionary leader, Sheila has produced high-profile signature events for the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Week, and the Long Beach Jazz Festival. Her impressive client roster includes influential figures like Rev. Jesse L. Jackson (Rainbow PUSH Coalition), Dr. Joseph Bryant Jr. (PROSPEAK, Calvary Hill Community Church), Chris Broussard (K.I.N.G. Movement), Dawnn Lewis (A New Day Foundation) KiKi Shepard (The KIS Foundation) and major organizations such as UNCF, Rainbow Promotions, EmpowHer Institute, Los Angeles Sparks.
With a strong foundation in the cable industry, Sheila began her career at Valley Cable in Los Angeles and ascended through various leadership roles in marketing and sales. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish the Gilmore Marketing Group, a full-service marketing and advertising agency specializing in integrated solutions for clients in sports, entertainment, corporate, and non-profit sectors.
Prior to launching her agency, Sheila held executive positions at Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable, where she demonstrated exceptional ability in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and optimizing marketing strategies. Her strategic acumen and innovative approach were instrumental in achieving record-breaking customer penetration levels in highly competitive markets.
