The COMPASS (Competence Advancement for Staff in Higher Education through Quality-based Erasmus Staff Trainings) cooperation amongst organisations project started with the aim of improving the quality of staff mobilities conducted within the Erasmus+ programme, in other words, facilitating the realisation of Erasmus+ staff mobilities in which the participants may develop their professional skills and competencies.
As such, the project started in January 2026, through mapping and collecting good practices and consulting institutions (that facilitate staff mobility), with a focus on developing quality assurance and methodological materials, gathering institutional recommendations, and creating a quality assurance label named COMPASS.
