Well, this summer's off to a great start. It seems that my best friend of Six years has suddenly decided that I'm the most selfish person she's ever met and she doesn't want to talk to me anymore. Ever.

Wonderful. And of course, she says she's tired of ignoring it and pretending everything's fine. But she never bothered telling ME things weren't fine. I didn't have a clue. ~_~;

Woeful bouts of depression and self-worth crisis's aside, I've been doing a TON of Kingdom Hearts fanart...still. I've done more art for the 411 fandom in the last six months than I've ever done for any fandom in that timeframe. And wow, on DeviantArt my pageviews shot up from 6k(after 5 years) to approaching 20k now. O_O Who knew Vexen and Marluxia were so popular XD And while drawing them, my drawing and coloring techniques seemed to have improved a lot. I'm really happy with that.

Unfortunately, I seem incapable of writing anything, which is seriously annoying *tch*

Yaoi-con's getting closer, and I've bought the stuff to make my costume, but it's not looking as fun as it used to. But that might just be the depression talking. I'm rooming with a new friend from DA, and we're cosplaying together, but I guess I just miss the good old days....and I'd never thought I'd refer to the YGO fandom as anything resembling 'good'. *snort* But I miss my old friends. We've all drifted apart, and it's so sad. (MARY! You live an HOUR away! Come see me sometime ;_; )

*blows the dust off her LJ* Well....it's been a while XD *hides* I've been utterly distracted with Kingdom Hearts (and a little bit of Final Fantasy) art this last month or so, and neglecting all else.

I STILL haven't sent out all my christmas presents yet (*epic fail*) XO
