They was very professional and nice. Made the process very seem less for me, from filing the claim, communicating with my insurance company, to arranging my rental car. Got my car back looking like it just came off the show room floor. Even detailed my car inside and out!!!

Kris was the best. She took care of car rental, communicated regularly, and got me a new car seat! I never once had to deal with my insurance company except the initial claim filing. My car looks amazing. I hope this place never closes!! With all the storms popping up, the last couple years, I need Kris in my life. Someone has to look out for us against the insurance company.

Elite Hail was wonderful to work with. From the beginning when Eli came to our house until we picked up our vehicles.
