The safety of our patients, families, and guests is of the utmost importance to us. To ensure this, we provide annual training—and additional training as needed—on the following topics:
• Public Health Safety and Emergency Response Operations
Our goal is to ensure a safe, timely, and effective response in the event of an unforeseen emergency. If you would like to review our Emergency Plans, please contact the specific building where your loved one resides to discuss the procedures in place.
• Abuse and Retaliation Prevention
Elevate Care has established comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure all residents are free from abuse, including retaliation. If you believe you have experienced abuse or retaliation, please report it immediately to one of the following:
