Booking policy

We require credit card details to secure all bookings at Elements.

If we do not have a time that suits you and you would like to be added to our waitlist, please contact us on: reservations@elementsgla.com

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation, we will charge the card used at the time of booking for the minimum menu price per guest (£42 per person for lunch; £70 per person for dinner or £100 for Chef’s Counter). Please note, this applies to all cancellations and is not discretionary.

Dietaries and allergies

We have a small, passionate team of Chefs working under Gary in the kitchen, committed to providing a phenomenal and memorable experience for our guests. To ensure we can provide uncompromising alternatives, we kindly request that all dietary requirements are clearly stipulated at the time of booking.

If you have a specific ingredient that you’re allergic or intolerant to, please clearly state this at the time of booking and again when you arrive.

Gift vouchers

Please quote gift vouchers at time of booking, voucher codes must also be presented upon arrival. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur deductions of the voucher and/or the payment card used to secure the booking.

Accessibility

Elements is on ground level, with an accessible bathroom situated on the same floor. There are steps to both the front and back entrances, so we have a ramp to enable wheelchair access.

Disabled parking is not available outside the restaurant, however please contact us at the time of booking to discuss access and parking requirements. We will endeavour to secure a suitable parking solution close to our entrance.

We are aware that not all disabilities are physical, and if you need specific support or would like to provide us with more information about your needs before you dine with us, please contact our team who will do their upmost to assist you any way we can.

Children

Young guests are most welcome at Elements, the team love supporting younger people to try different experiences and we enjoy sharing our passion for great food and service.

Please note that our licence prohibits under-18s on the premises after 22.30pm. We do not provide children’s menus or have child facilities and we do not accommodate dietaries based purely on children’s preferences. Therefore, Elements is unlikely to be suitable for very small children and babies.
