ASUCI Elections
- Filing Period: Beginning Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9:00 am and concluding Friday, March 13, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Campaigning Period: Beginning Monday, March 23, 2026 and concluding Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Voting Period: Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026 at 9:00 am and concluding Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Post-Election Period: Beginning Friday, April 17, 2026 at 5:01 pm and concluding Wednesday, April 29th at 5:00 pm.
- Optional Candidate Information Webinar Session: Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Mandatory Candidates’ Meeting: TBD (During Finals Week)
- Optional Candidate Video Submission: Due Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Financial Statement: Due Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Endorsement Form: Due Friday, April 17th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Complaint Form to the Elections Commission: Due Sunday, April 19th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Elections Commission Releasing of Complaint Decisions: Due Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
- Elections Results Website Posting: Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 at 5:00 pm.

AGS Elections
- Declaration period opens: Monday of Week 8 at 9am
- Packets close: Friday of Week 10 at 5pm
- Campaigning: from point of declaration
- Candidate/referendum forum: Wednesday of Week 2 at 6pm
- Voting begins: Monday of Week 3 at 9am
- Voting closes: Friday of Week 3 at 5pm
- Deadline for complaints: Saturday of Week 3 at 5pm
- Ratification + Appeals/Complaints 1 (if applicable): Tuesday of Week 4 at AGS meeting (5:30pm)
- Results posted (if ratified): Wednesday of Week 4 at 9am
