DO NOT DESPAIR

Do not despair.

For
a dark and dire outlook,
when twisted, tweaked,
or briskly shook,

can with a clever
hand be shaped,
if outlook has a muddy face. . .

Or
if a rigid, rocky,
sharp-edged view,

hope from despair
can,
+++++with time
+++++and
+++++hammer, chisel,
+++++patience, work,
be very deftly pared.
