If you want
to solve a problem,
and other people are involved,
you’d best go bearing olive branch
straight to the one,
or, if there’s more,
to the whole bunch
(yes, all of ’em),

and then,
involve ’em.

For,
be you timid
or gallant,
there’s only so much you can do
with solo reasoning and hunch.

You may choose or not
to buy them lunch,

but, likely the solution’s ship
only lets go fret
to see its launch,

once you muster up the grit
and call them.
