Our Team

EkoBuilt is led by the original founding team of Paul Kealey and Adam Tackaberry, along with Jaison Dolvane. The management team has been vital to overseeing EkoBuilt’s successful expansion in delivering its passive house kit across the US and Canada. Regardless of your location, EkoBuilt’s team is involved on every aspect of your new home. We also spend a lot of time curating and sharing passive house resources.

Paul Kealey, Founder & President, Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC)

After receiving a B.Sc. Degree from St. Francis Xavier University and a brief stint as a high school teacher, Paul found his true calling with sustainable home construction. He furthered his education at the sustainable building and passive house institutes.

He has designed and built hundreds of homes and buildings since 2006. He is a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).

Paul is regularly called upon to speak to audiences on energy efficient and Net Zero buildings. Within EkoBuilt, Paul is still often the first point of contact with customers exploring building passive and net zero, guiding projects through to successful completion.
