Make a Selective Color layer:
Reds: -95 +7 -47 -8
Yellows: -17 +2 -28 0
Neutrals: +45 -12 -13 0
Make another Selective Color layer:
Reds: -100 +40 -80 0
Yellows: -69 +19 -30 0
Cyans: +34 +32 -43 0
Blues: 0 0 0 +59
Neutrals: +4 +5 -11 +15
Make Color Balance layer:
Midtones: +30 +9 +11
Shadows: +1 +3 -10
Highlights: -21 -40 -65
Make New layer and fill it with this color: #000024 and set it to Soft Light 50
And thats all!

Cyans: +100 +36 -27 0
Blues: 0 0 0 +35
Neutrals: +10 +5 -5 0
Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance, make these settings:
Midtones: +10 -32 -12
Shadows: +14 -15 +5
Highlights: +11 +13 -11
AND YOUR DONE!

i got rly good effect when i duplicate merged layer and set it to color burn or something like this xD
