For hospitals, it acts as a Delivery care management tool and helps them to connect with their patients with updates and alerts. For patients, it helps to reach their hospitals and Doctors with minimal efforts and share their medical records with Doctors when needed. Features: 1. Health Records: An integrated platform that retrieves all health records generated through EHNOTE Platform. And it also helps patients to upload their physical medical documents by scanning to store all their files at one place. 2. Book Appointment: Patient can book an appointment with Doctor/ hospitals and receive all updates and alerts regarding the same 3. Tele Consult: Patient can have Tele consult with Doctors through video call & use the app to ask a doctor for health tips. 4. Family Records: Patient can keep all their family records at one place and also allow them to book an appointment with Doctors for their family members. 5. Health Profile: Patient can track their health profile by uploading them and measuring them over time.
