GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTERS
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Presenters must deliver their presentation in PowerPoint format, in landscape orientation 16:9, to the Audiovisual Secretariat at least two hours before the start of the session.
- Each oral presentation will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion). During the presentation, speakers should highlight the part or parts of the study they consider most relevant, followed by a question-and-answer session in accordance with the session chairs’ instructions.
- Presentations using a personal laptop computer will not be accepted.
Speakers must deliver their presentation in PowerPoint format, in landscape orientation (16:9), to the Audiovisual Secretariat at least two hours before the start of the session, using a USB flash drive or sending the file by email to: Ponencias.ehec@gmail.com.
The PowerPoint file and any related materials (e.g. videos) must be included in a folder identified as follows:
- Parallel Session number
- Room name
- Start Time
- Speaker’s Surname
- Example: 5_A_12.50_Smith
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- Posters may be mounted by the authors in the assigned area (to be determined) from Wednesday, 11th, at 9:00 a.m., and must be removed by Friday, 13th, at 12:30 p.m.
- The assigned poster presenter is expected to remain at the poster during the poster sessions to discuss its content with conference attendees.
- Poster dimensions: 90 cm (width) × 130 cm (height) — portrait orientation.
Further details will be sent individually to each author by email in the coming days.
