Equipped Event Series
Event Date: April 23-24, 2026
Location: Moncton and Halifax
In 2026, the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities will be launching Equipped, a new Canada-wide series of full-day, in-person events designed to support pastors, executive leaders, and senior ministry staff as they navigate the operational and leadership realities of Christian ministry today.
Equipped events are designed to provide a thoughtful and practical forum where leaders can step back from the day-to-day, gain clarity on complex issues, and leave better equipped to serve their organizations effectively. Sessions will be led by CCCC staff and trusted subject-matter experts, covering topics such as legal and regulatory updates, finance, human resources, marketing and communications, group benefits, and other areas that directly impact how ministries operate and lead.
Effect Hope will be at several of these events coast to coast, beginning with Moncton and Halifax on April 23 and 24. We look forward to seeing you there!

Outpour Event
Event Date: March 7, 2026
Location: Oakville, Ontario
Effect Hope is a proud Sponsor of “Outpour”, Canada’s largest Christian gathering of Young Adults. Outpour (formerly known as “Fluid”) began in 2011 when a group of leaders from across the Greater Toronto Area joined together in an effort to respond to a growing concern for the young adult community that was seemingly becoming disengaged with faith and the local church. Outpour now draws over 1500 young adults, annually.
Outpour is being held in Oakville, Ontario on March 7, 2026. This year, they have another stellar lineup which includes Shayne & Shayne, Drew Hyun, Domenic Ruso, Sharon Witton, V. Vijay Krishnan, among others.
A Gift of Hope - Christmas Jazz with Jorian Hapeman and Friends
Event Date: November 28th, 2025
Location: Journey Church, 131 Duncan Lane, Fredericton
Kick off your holiday season with an evening of your favourite Christmas songs played by some of New Brunswick’s finest jazz musicians, including Jorian Hapeman (piano), Jon Bailey (drums), Jason Flores (bass) and James O’Farrell (saxophone), with Graysen LaPointe (vocals).
Visit our Cafe, featuring sweets and hot drinks, which will be available before the show and during intermission.
All proceeds from the concert go to Effect Hope, to alleviate disease, disability and discrimination from neglected tropical diseases like leprosy.
West Coast Women’s Show
Event Date: November 21-23, 2025
Location: TRADEX in Abbotsford, BC
This fall, Effect Hope will be a major exhibitor at the West Coast Women’s Show in Abbotsford, BC.
The West Coast Women’s Show, often billed as “Western Canada’s largest women’s event” and the ultimate Girls’ Weekend, is a longstanding consumer exhibition held at the TRADEX Trade & Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford, BC, with up to 40,000 women in attendance.
This three-day extravaganza brings together hundreds of vendors, celebrity appearances, interactive programming, themed zones, and community-focused experiences that attract thousands of attendees each year.
Global Leadership Summit in Canada

Location: Canadian Cities Coast to Coast!
This fall, Effect Hope will be a National Sponsor of the Global Leadership Summit in Canada with sites from Coast to Coast.
The Global Leadership Summit (GLS) is an annual, two-day leadership event organized by the Global Leadership Network that provides transformative teaching and inspiration from a world-class faculty to leaders in churches, businesses, government, and non-profits.
Held at hundreds of host sites and online globally, it equips leaders to grow their capacity and influence, empowering them to foster positive change within their communities and worldwide. The event aims to provide leaders with ideas, tools, and inspiration to navigate difficult times, improve their organizations, and build a future with purpose and impact.
