Kim’s leadership is fueled by a deep conviction that good health and dignity are fundamental rights for all. Since joining Effect Hope in 2019, Kim has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of the organization’s work, strengthening her resolve to confront the injustice of neglected tropical diseases. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Kim has served on the boards of several Canadian charities, practiced law, and held leadership roles at other charitable organizations. Her passion and experience guide Effect Hope’s vision for a world where no one is left behind.
